Very rude service.I will never go back,there is better customer service at motel 6! Thank you medallion for a very unhappy experience!
My mom and I went in for a gel manicure and our first impression was good. Tai (the manager) seemed nice and told us how wonderful her service was. She even eluded to the fact that "if you ever had a problem with a salon/spa, you should go back". We had a pleasant experience and were all set to go back in 2 weeks for a gel mani-pedi and I was ready to be a regular massage client. Within 3-4 days, the gel manicure was wearing away and I called to let Tai know. (I've gotten gel manicures before and they've lasted 2-3 weeks.) I left 3 messages and never received a phone call back! I called a fourth time, and when she answered, I told her what happened. She was not very responsive but said to let her know when we could come back. When I tried to schedule a time to go back, she didn't call back! With this kind of service and disrespect to clients, why would anyone go back to this salon?? She lost a great client who would've brought her a lot of business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON/SPA!
