Great convenient place to stay if you want to tour DC. Metro is walking distance, inexpensive restaurant on site, free coffee at guest registration, free parking, daily house keeping. Very pleased. Will book again next trip to DC.

Very friendly & helpful personnel. We upgraded to one of the remodeled rooms. It was very clean & tastefully decorated. The only complaint(s) the outdated bottle top remover on the bathroom door jam was accidentally bumped into by myself & husband & was painful to hit. Also, with a rude, loud neighbor we realized the walls were thin. But easily fixed by turning on the air unit. The lobby is warm & welcoming. The design of set up for the continental is tight to maneuver through but once you make your way to a table it's relaxing. The shuttle service is great taking us to/from the tour bus stop. Overall, I recommend this place to stay for a great value & hospitable staff.
Was Here 9/28/14- 10/2/14, Room 208. Clean Motel, Friendly & Helpful Staff. Won't Forget Janet Who Was So Nice. Certainly Would Stay Here Again.
This hotel misrepresents its breakfast services. Besides being bland food, is photos of wide open breakfast area with tables and sitting is a total misrepresentation. The area is so small and crowed you can hardly reach the food (people making standing lines unable to reach for food). It is so crowded you cannot find a table and much less a place to sit. People standing in lobby area holding their food. This is being going on for at least three years that I have stayed there. This past week Oct 7, 8 it was a total mess. I have complained and they always say, they are going to expand. Not True. If this does not bother you. Stay there. But there are Marriott an.d other Marriott properties nearby. Sheraton likewise (this one even closer to metro into DC) My rating lousy, I hate people climbing all over me and my food.
My husband and I decided to take our children (ages 3 & 8) up to the DC area over srping break. Our travel plans included a four day, three night stay at the Key Bridge Marriott. Our room was reasonably priced - which led us to believe it would only have the most minimal of amenities. Boy, were we wrong. Our 9th story room had an AMAZING view of Georgetown and the Washington Monument, EXTREMELY comfortable beds, loads of pillows (you could take your pick for the evening!), a fantastic shower... I could go on and on. The hotel staff made sure we were extremely comfortable the entire stay. They even sent cookies and milk up for the kids one evening - complementary! Just a two block stroll from the Roslynn metro and immediately across the Key Bridge from Georgetown, DC was literally at our doorstep. The restaurant downstairs has a great morning buffet - complete with fresh made-to-order omlets. We started our days in the restaurant - completely ready for a day of walking, sight seeing and fun. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in the Arlington / DC area - we were quite literally treated like royalty. We WILL be back. Thanks, Marriott!
