He and his office are only getting a 1 because I can't give them a 0. He rushed me through the appointment, tried to sell me lasik and then aksed me for information from my old contact prescription so he could write me a new prescription (rather than doing a full examination himself). I paid for the contact lens exam plus my copay and was then billed for the lens exam again. I called about the bill and was rudely told that there was another $47 charge that I had not paid that was not covered by my insurance company. I then recieved an explanation of benefits from my insurance company showing that the $47 charge had been billed to them. So they were trying to double bill for the service. When I called to explain that to have the bill dropped, the receptionist hung up the phone on me. I will not be back and I strongly suggest you don't go there either.
