They gave us the run a round and also was not worried about me being the customer and all they worry about is pushing the deal... I deal with three different sales ppl and still was not happy. Then my bike was not at shop.. I have to wait till they till was ready to go get. All they sent me to same computer picture When I get bike Two and half weeks have to make a payment. I went to purchase a Yamaha shadow , signed the papers and put a deposit down on the bike so that it would be held until the following week , when I came back with the money they said they had already sold the bike , I asked for my money back and they said ok they'll put it back but didn't need any bank info to refund me. It's been over a month and I still haven't got my money back and they sold the motorcycle that I had already signed for . I went today and they said there's nothing they can do , I told them I would write a bad review and Robert said I need you to leave .
Had a tire replaced on a Saturday. Took it home. Drive belt is not tighten. Had to go back later this week for missing caliper bolts. I leave the shop and have a flat on the same tire I bought Saturday. Service mgr tells me it's not his fault and what do you want us to do about it. In a Rude way.. Service Dept Sucks. They salesmen is awesome. The salesmen work harder than service to help you get back on the road and fix any problem you have.

Me and my roommate brought in a bike for a simple back tire change. We were told that it would be done in an hour and a half, so we go have lunch, come back, park and wait in the car. At the 2 hour mark, we start to wonder what's going on, and why we weren't at least contacted after the estimated time of completion had passed. We walked into the service area and saw the bike completely untouched after 2 hours. Turns out they had sold a couple bikes after we got there and put the point of sale service of those bikes ahead of the bike we had already brought in. I get it, they spent a lot more money than us so they get priority, but we should have at least been informed of the new circumstances instead wasting our time. Something we were told should've taken 2 hours at most ended up taking almost 5. They didn't even think to offer a discount to make amends when we finally completed the transaction, and when we left we found the bike in the back lot completely unattended with the keys in the ignition and no one had informed us it was ready. While the management was extremely apologetic verbally, their actions did not align with their words. Talk is cheap and time is money. Buy a bike here if you want but DO NOT bring one in for service.

Just popped in for some Amsol for VFR not only were they the least expensive shop I found locally for Amsoil, the guy at the parts counter was very helpful and friendly and they gave me a military discount. You guys rock.
Called them about selling my two motorcycle. First they lowballed the hell out of me. Normal then we got to a price faxed them all the paperwork. From then on nothing but the good old run around.
Given price in store, said I would sleep on it. Went home and looked online and saw that they had the same bike listed for more than 3/4th of the price I was told. Texted the salesman and he said it was a typo. Gullible me purchased the bike. Broke down on me the day it was delivered and the title and plates still have not come in yet. Not only is the whole shop giving me the run-around, but so is the salesman when I asked what is going on.
