After all the bad reviews, I was a little afraid of how things would go, but I have no complains at all, really. Dropped off a mower for repair on a Sat. for warranty work. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was told it would be a week to 10 days. Had to call back at day 10 to see if it was ready and it was. Paid a $50 deposit for the warranty work, which was to be refunded when they got paid from the manufacturer. I had to call about that - it wasn't done automatically - but I did get the $50 refunded. All in all a fairly pleasant, trouble free experience
The total lack of customer devotion and follow-through made this review purposeful. My story is short and to the point. I called and gave my part number to the kid that answered the phone. He reported that he had it in stock. I asked him to please put his hands on the part and make sure that he had it. The kid validates that he has his hand on the part that I need. Sooooo… I drive down and lo and behold the part doesn’t match. He looks the part I needed up on with his managers help and scratches his head because my number is correct and his part isn’t. It turns out that he read the box’s number that the part was in BUT NOT the part that was in the box. Then with no apology he offers to order it. The manager or owner who was aware of the circumstances beginning to end gave no correction to the kid or apathy to the customer. It was clear they didn’t CARE.
I went out of my way to do a review of this store, and found that someone has already wrote it. I walked in, was the only one in the store and still couldent get service until I asked for it. Guys had bad attitude and had no knowledge of how I could repair my trimmer. He just kept saying we don't do repair! The sign in the front says they do service. Got the parts I needed but very expensive for what they were. Definantly will not go there again and too bad because I like to go to small buisness and usually willing to spend a little more. But good service is expected.
