Before I went to fries I went to their website to see if they have solar viewing glasses in stock. I drove 28 miles to learn in these Arlington store they were out of stock . While in the parking lot I looked at the availability in stock is what the website says. Drove my 28 miles home called the store, they said they were out of stock. Looked on the website again, notice what the website is saying " in stock " I wanted to buy 30 pair for a firstname.lastname@example.org

The worst experience buying a laptop I've ever encountered was at Frys. Please,don't waste your money. I found a laptop the man was suppose to restore back to Factory spec. Once I got it home it was not restored back to factory spec. Also charge would not last but two minutes Plus the screen had lines going across. I brought it back to Fry's. The same man that was suppose to restore back to factory spec said I would have to pay him cash to restore. I told him he did not do it the first time when purchased. I got so upset and told him no. He was getting very belligerent with me. I will never come back to Fry's. I've been here 4 hours trying to resolve my issues. This is ridiculous. I have had multiple problem dealing with employees and managers also so-called technician. I recommend to please stay away from Fry's. Best Buy honors their products. And we'll quickly correct any problems you may have.
I have brought two guitar amplifiers to Earhart over the years. Both experiences were extremely satisfying. The first was a Crate solid state head, which needed inputs cleaned and replaced. they repaired my amp, inspected all pots and switches, and replaced 2 inputs for a whopping $35! I was overjoyed! the second was a 15 year old Peavey Supreme 160 that had some serious need for attention with pot replacements, jack and switch cleanings, preamp tube replacement and needed a new power cable plug head replaced due to the previous owner breaking it off. alot of were replaced and it was still done before the estimated date. very quick and solid work done. i gigged with this amp for six years and never had an issue with it. excellent work and overall positive experience with Michael! I would Definetly take my repairs to him in the future.
I bought 65" 4K HD Television on September 6th. I opened the box on September 20th. I saw cracks on screen. I took back the TV in its original box to the store on same day. They refused to exchange or give me return. I am very upset that they want me to pay for damaged TV. They didn't inspected the TV in front of me. I am disappointed by their service. I will never do business with Fry's. This place don't care about customers. I am considering lawsuit to get my hard earned money. if I were you, I would not do business with fry's.
This joker sold me 33 COUNTERFEIT MN3005 chips. He claimed in his ebay listing that they were new old stock, purchased 20 years ago. I compared these to authentic chips inside of MN3005-based 1990's analog delay pedals (EHX Deluxe Memory Man reissue, DOD FX96 Echo FX, etc). The pins alone showed that his chips are without a doubt modern fakes. Also, the production code (97) and cosmetics exactly match the most prevalent batch of Chinese fakes. To confirm beyond any doubt, his chips FAILED the acetone test. This guy is a liar and a fraud. I'm sure you Texas boys have better options available. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!Fraudulent businessman! I can only imagine the unnecessary service and repairs such a dishonest guy will push on his unfortunate customers. Caveat Emptor!

Came to the store in March and bought a laptop computer. I have brain damage and the sales associate James Buke, told me that the 3 yr $209 warranty covered everything including accidental damage. Well, now that the screen is cracked (and has not been dropped, there is no apparent damage anywhere other than the LCD screen) they will not honor their own warranty. The man at the service counter laughed at us and said "they tell everyone that". The fine print spells out that the salesmen are giving you misinformation. My fault for being on a walker and unable to stand at the register and read the fine print. I tried 4 times to contact Scott the store manager today, and was disconnected each time. I called the corperate office three times today and was disconnected twice. I did speak with Surge and he was beligerant concerning getting me any kind of help. I wanted to speak to Scotts boss, and he couldn't tell me who Scotts boss was. He did give a valid store number (817-557-6538 for anyone needing the real store number) and I finally spoke to Scott. When I told him of my conversation with James at the time of the sale, he stood behind his salesman and said that James had worked for him a long time and he always was reliable and truthful. Thanks for directly calling me a liar Scott. I used to buy all of my electronics from Fry's, but now that I know the Manager approves of salesman taking advantage of the disabled, I will take my business elsewhere.
