This facility is disgusting. Customer service skills are garbage. Staff communicating with patients is painful to watch and hear. They literally come out screaming names and not even smiling. Mind you this is a CHILDRENS clinic. A smile could help a lot dealing with the little people. They lose paperwork, don’t update insurance cards when asked. It’s a all around lazy facility. And we will not be coming back. I went here because it was in network with my Medicaid insurance now that we don’t have that. We will be going somewhere a little less ratchet.
Dr. Brentlinger is an extremely kind and professional physician. I recommend him highly. I am so happy he is my doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Pohn for over 13 years now and won't go anywhere else. Sure, sometimes the wait time is longer than preferred but Dr. Pohn is not one of those doctors that will throw an antibiotic at you and send you on your way. He listens. He cares. He chooses what treatment is best for YOU. If you're that worried about wait times then go somewhere else where you won't get a personable experience and the doctor knows nothing about you. I will sit here, because Dr. Pohn is worth the wait.
My late husband saw Dr. Berlin in the ED 5 years ago. My husband presented with early sepsis with 104.6 fever and uncontrollable shaking. These are common sepsis symptoms, yet Dr. Berlin missed them and misdiagnosed him with the flu. Sepsis is the 3rd leading cause of death, 1st in children. For 7 hours my husband received Tamiflu and IV fluids, none of the vital IV antibiotics he needed for sepsis. Sepsis is very treatable if caught early. My husband was 40 years old. He suffered greatly in terrible pain. He didn't receive morphine until he had been dying for over 12 hours. I was a 35 year old widow with 4 kids, 2 under the age of 3. Suspect sepsis, save lives! Please learn the symptoms so you can save your loved ones!
Unprofessional, and unreliable staff; This office use to be good. My family were patients for over 10 years and happy to see Dr. Pon, but for some reason this place has went to the dogs in recent times. I'm very disappointed in this "practice turned puppy mill". I swear, if I could give a no star review, I would. It does not even deserve the one star.
I have been with Dr. Tan since 2003 I have been disappointed at almost every visit to the office. I hate change and since we don't frequent the office I let things slide. The office is ALWAYS dirty. There are never adequate sitting areas. The clients are almost all medicaid which tells you a different story about the business...not the clients. They are always over booked and you have to wait a LONG time to be seen. When you are finally seen the cna's and nurses are chaotic. Different ones enter doing different things leaving you unsure of what is going on and if it is being done completely or adequately. Dr. Tan usually takes her time...she is laid back, but I never feel confident in her assessment. Things are often forgotten or incomplete. I can never reach a person on the phone and never receive a timely call back.
This place is horrible!! DO NOT take your kids here. I have had so many bad experiences with them and trust me I have given them time to change. I have been with them for 4 long years that will change this week. I just found a new doctor and his staff were very friendly getting us all set-up for the kids 1st appointments this Friday. I would say 4 years is patient enough. I never complain much but for example, when my kids get sick I cannot just take them to the doctor like normal places do. This place you have to schedule an appointment and when you finally do see the doctor which is the following week or the next 😂 the doctor looks at them and is like "Oh they do not need medication just plenty of water" 😳 like really? My kids with fever or ear infection and all you can say after diagnosing them are for them to drink water?? 😐 Yeah! I think it is time for a change plus they are always mad up there and you don't see anyone smile up in that place ☹️ as if they're miserable working there. I have heard great things from family and friends of the other (Rainbow Clinic) locations but I cannot go to those since this one is just up the street it is more convenient location wise. Every time I go, there is maybe one other person waiting to see the doctor and you still have to wait in the lobby for an hour 🤦🏻♀️ Why?? No one is in there!!! 😂 I seriously do not get it!! If I could give them a 0 star I would. Unfortunately, in order to leave this review, I have to at least have selected one star. When they moved it from Collins to Ballpark Way they really should have hired new people (HAPPY) ones. Js!! Either way ✌🏼 Rainbow Clinic Staff!
