A home warranty company sent TX Express to my home to fix the dishwasher. Alvin replaced the mother board and told me if the warranty company did not pay he would come back out remove the new board and replace it with the used one. He then told the steam from the dishwasher was going through the seal and it would happen again. To fix the seal he asked me if I had super glue, but he Gorilla glued it instead. Of course, that didn't fix the problem. I had another company come out who told me there were screws missing and Alvin broke the panel. I called the office and was told the owner, John, would call me back in 5 minutes. Hours later I was told he left the office but would call me when he got in. That was a week ago.
This is the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever seen. TWO MEN came out together and in two trips a week apart STILL DID NOT fix our washing machine! Now that we have called them back, the claim is closed! Now, after two week with no washing machine, how many more weeks to sort this mess out?
Completely unprofessional and a fly by night outfit. They were assigned my home warranty work and never called after 4 days when I called the number goes to a cell phone that says the voicemail has not been setup. Based on the poor reviews on other sites and the F rating with BBB I would not recommend them and if your warranty company assigns them ask for someone else.
Have our dryer under sears and they sent this company out to "fix" it. I told them that my samsung dryer flashes a red light showing them what is wrong with it. They kept on telling me that there is nothing wrong with it. At the end, the told me that they can't fix it and left my vent disconnected. When I called the main center, the person who answered said that they will give me a call back which this was at 11:44. Fast forward to 4:21, I called back even though she said she would call me back and told me that she spoke with the people that came and told me that the vent was already disconnected when they came. If that was true (which is not) how would they know that my dryer was working??? They are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this business and I am upset that I'm paying sears for warranty and they did not even research about this company's background. After reading other reviews I felt better as I am not the only one that they screw around with. As of March 8th they have all reviews that are 1 except 1 other review that has 5 star. (I doubt it that it's real to be honest)
My home warrant company (American Home Shield) sent this company out to check on our GE smooth glass top stove. The glass top cracked when my wife was cooking chili. The first person who came was there approximately one minute and said we dropped something on it, not true. We asked for a second opinion and the Texas Express employee came and told my wife nothing dropped on it, or the entire stove top would have shattered, the heating element malfunctioned causing the damage. I called American Home Shield several times over the next 2 to 3 weeks daily and they constantly changed their story, saying Texas Express did not send in their report yet. American Home Shield then said they received verbal confirmation and just were waiting on a part number from TX Express. Finally after calling everyday, TX Express changed their mind and said it was user error and the heat exchange caused the damage, explaining we must have put something either very cold or very hot on the stove to cause the damage to the glass. I guess cooking chili in a regular pot from the store is to hot or cold to use on the stove. American Home Shield said they only cover normal damage from regular everyday use. I guess cooking chili doesn't fit in that category. Between the 2 businesses, someone is lying and i will not use either one in the future, do not waste your time or money with either one. This is approximately one month and my stove top still isn't fixed. I will just purchase one on my own and see about suing.
Needed appliances repairs, our Sears warranty claim was assigned to them. Never received a call back after initial visit, after 30-days complained to Sears and had my claim transferred to another company. They told Sears that they've been trying to get hold of me and left messages for me. Shocked that they would lie about such a things, wasted my time and delayed repairs. Please don't so business with these crooks!
Tx Express was sent out by our home warranty company to service and submit report on our washing machine. It's been goin on two weeks since the visit and they still have not submitted paperwork to my home warranty. Each time I have called to inquire about it, Manny the manager, is overtly rude and condescending and lies that he "will take care of it". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! The stole my deductible and didn't produce a simple call back to my warranty co!
