I can't tell you how wonderful Julio was but I'll try my best! I am selling a house (Realtor) that has a lifetime transferable warranty from Pro-Select. The work was done prior to my clients purchasing the house in 2015. I contacted Julio in need of a re-inspection for the new buyers. He was booked solid for a WEEK but understood the urgency & that time was of the essence for all involved so he offered to squeeze me in the following morning. I was shocked, yet incredibly grateful! He met me at the property ON TIME with EVERY SINGLE ORIGINAL document from the work done 7 years ago. He even included the plumbing paperwork that was outsourced which was extraordinarily helpful. While I reviewed the documents he measured the entire house to check for deficiencies, which was all clear.. WHOOHOO!! I can't express how thankful I am to find an honest, punctual, respectful, and overall good person and now a trusted LIFETIME foundation company that I will refer to all of my clients. Nine years ago I had Pro-Select install support piers under part of my foundation because several of my neighbors had serious and very costly foundation problems. I dealt with Gilbert at the time and was very impressed by the fact that although I asked him about the more expensive procedure he assured me that in my case the less expensive method was sufficient. He advised me based on what was best for me, not what made the most money for him.
Recently a personal friend of mine who owns a different foundation repair company encouraged me to have my foundation checked again before having my roof replaced. A one inch difference in the level of the foundation can cause a difference of several inches up at the roof.
Gilbert came back out and could have used this opportunity to tell me I needed more foundation support under other areas of my foundation. However, again he advised me based on what was best for me and not what was most profitable for him and his company.
I greatly appreciate his integrity and recommend Pro-Select for quality of work and complete honesty.

I had called Gilbert based on the reviews I saw here - and that was the best decision ever! He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He walked through the house with me looking at the cracks in drywall and then also around the perimeter looking for cracks in the bricks. He then went under the house in the crawl space to look at the piers and chimney to see what might be causing the cracks. We were fully expecting that we need to have repairs done. He gave us the news that everything looked great under the house and that it was just the fact that the drywall was 60+ years old - and that we didn't need any foundation work. So if you are looking for someone who is honest and won't try to sell you something you don't need - this is your guy!

I would recommend Pro-Select Foundation Repairs in Arlington for anyone having foundation problems. This company did an awesome job repairing the foundation to our house on 2/19/2014. The company is trustworthy, reasonably priced, and they do perfect foundation work. Pro-Select Foundation Repairs was one of the most reasonably priced bids we had out of four companies. The engineer that came to write a report after the job was completed told us the company had done "Excellent" work on our foundation. They arrived early, knew their job well, repaired foundation and were finished and gone before the end of the day. Mr. Gilbert Rodriguez, an intelligent and kind hearted man, stayed with his crew the entire time and did not just drop them off. I saw him working side by side with his men, assuring everything was done correctly. They went beyond their call of service by repairing other minor things they saw wrong such as cement cracks on our patio. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They also also filled holes and low spots in our yard that they saw with the left over dirt, making the yard look much better now than before! My husband and I are very happy with the work they did for us and I know you will be too.

I had foundation ssues with my small covered patio and I called several local companies to come out and take a look. Most of the companies I had contacted, either never showed up for their initialappointment, never followed up after their initial visit or refused to take a small job. However, Gilbert with Pro-Select showed up right on time as promised, to do the initial check out. He looked over the property and was able to recommended a fix and an estimate on the same day. Pro-Select was willing to undertake the job even though it was small and unique in nature. They came out at 7;30 am on the day of the job, as promised and finished at 11:45am. Gilbert overlooked the job and explained to me the process while it was happening. My patio floor is now back to where it was before the problem. The backyard area was cleaned up after the digging and levelling process and even some of the backfill was used to mound up the slab on the outside to help with drainage. Pro-Select really knows what customer service is all about. They were very professional, curteous and skillfull. If you need foundation repair, Pro-Select is your best bet IMHO. No other foundation company or contractor that I had to deal with for my foundation problem has demonstrated true professionalism like Pro-Select has. Thank you Gilbert !

Great Company! Seven years ago Pro-Select installed piers under my home when I purchased it. Recently, I was selling the home and had them come out to make sure everything was still okay. House had settled some and they had to make some minor adjustments. They came out on a Sunday morning arriving on time at 8:00 and were done by 1:00. All the dirt and plants were back in place and they did a great job of cleaning up. Since I had a lifetime warranty there was no cost. This company really does take care of it's customers!

Used Pro-Select for my foundation repair in Burleson, TX. When I asked for a quote, the were right on time for the appointment. When they came for the repair they were early.....you can't say that very often! They told me exactly what was going to happen and were patient anytime I asked questions. And they only dug up the schrubs that were absolutely necessary to remove, then put them back when they were done. I highly recommend them!



August 2013 - My house setlled more after my foundation repair. Called Gilbert to let him know and he was ready to have a crew out the next week. So if anyone is wondering about their warranty work, there is no need ot worry. They follow up quickly and make good on their warranty. I think this is good for anyone considering a foundation company to know about. You can feel good choosing Pro-Select that the work they do is good and the warranty work is good, too!!

We had some foundation repairs needed and Gilbert called back the next day and came right out. We scheduled the work a couple days later and they were 10 minutes early.
