Matlock Dry Clean Super Center

We are extremely disappointed in the lack of responsible ownership here after we tried to have some silk drapes dry cleaned and pressed.

We went to pick them up and they were still visibly wrinkled so the owner offered to repress them and we could come back the following day.

We picked them up and they appeared to be better until we hung them and found out that they had been shrunk over 3”.

The owner offered to stretch them or refund our money for the service but was not going to replace them and said he was sorry but he could not be held responsible.

Poor ownership and bad work.

Do not trust these people to do quality work.

Do not go to this cleaners. The owner will rip you off. I took one pair of jeans to be taken in and one pair of dress pants to be taken in and hemed because I thought it would be cheaper than buying a new pair of jeans and dress pants. I paid $20 for the service before I left. I got a call from the cleaners while I was a work stating that I owed another $21 for the hem. I called the cleaners back and told them I already paid them for the service. After work I went to pick up my jeans and dress pants and the owner stated he had to make a living. Well I need to make a living too. I have been out of work for 7 months and I just started working a contract job that will only 'be for 6-8 weeks. The owner refused to give me my property unless I paid them. These people are thieves. They will rob you blind. I wish I had called the police. Now I am going to contact the BBB. I paid over $43.00 for incompetent employees. Watch your pockets, these people will pick you clean. Latterly!!!!

I've been a customer for years but was so disgusted by the new people that bought the place.
The new owners have HORRIBLE management & zero customer service. They could not get anything right, tried to over charge me I had to tell the hiy what he was trying to charge me & whats on the receipt didn't match so always double check when paying before you get conned! They lost my dry cleaning & could NOT complete a simple alteration for over a week. Kept me waiting while looking for my clothes and the entire time the manager just looked on & didn't even bother to apologize!!! NEVER going back there! I miss the previous owners. This new current people are horrid!

These people took over for a really good dry cleaner of which i never had any problems, however the new management really SUCKS. I took 6 shirts over there and they charged me 18.00. They advertise $.99 dry cleaning and as you can see thats a lie. I suggest no one go over there they are terrible and provide terrible customs service.
