Madera Lakeside Apartments

The staff is horrible. They leave notices on your door for Everything! They are extremely nosey and The pool is never open .After we moved we left with a clean slate..owed no money..left the apartment in tip top shape and now we're receiving calls that we owe them $6000!!! They have lost they're dawn mind! Save yourself the trouble and don't move here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! All the terrible reviews on this website are completely true. I just broke my lease and moved out of here after just a couple months because I couldn't stand it. The staff is totally rude and unhelpful. The residents around me are rude and loud. I'm woken up in the middle of the night or very early in the morning by loud music or cars honking in the parking lot on a regular basis. Right after I moved in my apartment was infested with ants and the drains and toilet clogs all the time. The office staff seems to be making up rules as they go as well. If they don't like what you're doing they'll pull out some rule so it can't happen anymore. And their community rules are ridiculous!! There's actually a curfew for how late you can be out on your own patio/balcony. And the pool is always padlocked closed. Right after I moved here they threatened to evict me because my boyfriend and his dog were over. Just another thing that's annoying is the office hours are very inconvenient and there's no overnight drop box for your right. If you're even a minute late after office hours trying to turn in your rent they won't accept it and you're charged an outrageous late fee ($50 )!! Seriously, don't move here. The price is good but it's not worth all the troubles that you have to deal with while living here.
