J & J Glass & Door

On a Saturday morning, our front door glass was shattered by a break in. J+J responded quickly to board up the door. Took my money and said it would be fixed by the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and no glass, so I called Joseph/Jose. He said it would be Wednesday afternoon or on Thursday. So nothing on Wednesday. Thursday came and went. So I contacted Joseph/Jose on Friday. He said his guys broke the glass putting it in the truck, but he ordered a replacement and would be out on Saturday morning to put it in. Saturday came and went. I called and texted him thru out the day and no response. I called him and texted him again on Sunday and no response. I left a message that if he didn't respond by Monday that I wanted my money back and I would hire another company to fix my door. Still no response. Here it is Monday at 12:15pm. I left a phone message and text this morning and no response. I gave him until noon to respond or I would contact another company to fix the door and demand my money back. Now I also discover that he took the door frame parts that hold the window in place so now not only do I have to pay someone else to replace the glass I now also have to pay for parts of my door that he took in order to get the door fixed.
Horrible company to deal with service wise and response wise. Told nothing but lies but had no problem taking the money and door parts.
