This is the first time I have used Houk. The gentleman that answers the phone is courteous and polite.The technician was also very polite and knowledgable. They repaired my heater the same day, and even had the part on hand!. A+ service. I have signed up for the maintenance plan they have. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is the best ac company i have ever had to deal with ...I was recently refered to them from a friend who has been using them for years ....i used another company who told me my unit was shot and i had to replace it ...i called houk for a second opinion and im glad i did ...it was a 150 dollar part ..the ac has been working great since ...when it does go out i will be calling houk to change it out...

I recently called this company out to fix my broken ac unit.. As so did my mother in law... They were very polite and knew there product and really knew what they were talking about ... The. Technician arrived very presentable and knowledgable .. Took every precaution to respect my home ( shoe covers and drop cloth) fixed my unit same day ... I have the same report from my mother n law.... I would recommend this company to anyone

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company since we've been in our house for 3 1/2 years. Unfortunatley our warranty uses their service so we had to use them each time. Our air has been our 2 times before and twice this summer and both times it has taken them until 6:00 p.m. to get to the house, then they have to order a part, then the next day if it comes in they come back to "fix" the problem. The technicians seem very uneducated in the repair of a unit, and told my renter of the house it was "a piece of junk unit." Never contacted the home owner to tell us what the problem was. Told renter it was the reversing valve but they had just replaced that specific part a month ago? Not sure if they even know what is wrong, I just know that it is 94 degrees in my house and if it wasn't under warranty I would have gone with another company that was more knowledgeable and more professional than these people. Unacceptable all the way around. Do yourself a favor & don't use them!
