        My Toshiba Lap top hinge broke this is apparently a major defect from the factory as the unit has been lightly used.

        I called exi they gave me a basic quote and I dropped the laptop off on 11-24-14.



        A week later I got a text from the lead tech as he was out sick said it would be $159 to go ahead and replace both hinges not just one. I said lets do it.

        4 weeks later not a peep - five weeks later I called and asked what was up no one had a clue - called back the next day and they said it was ready.



        I went up to pick the laptop up and they had drilled a hole through the top of my lap top cover to go into the the hinge WHAT A JOKE what a ghetto rig

        the screen wire still hanging out as they said they could not fix that. $120 to drill a hole in the top of my lap top 5 weeks later THANKS EXI



        My first clue should have been when I saw the clown directing traffic in from cooper street.

        Whatever the problem, they can fix it. They are casual/friendly, quick, and efficient. My laptop was fixed in less than a week and that was replacing the lcd and the bezel. Thanks a bunch Exi!

        These guys are AWESOME! They took the time to make sure my laptop's issues were solved to my satisfaction, and I paid LESS THAN HALF what I would have at Fry's or Best Buy/Geeksquad. I got Windows 7 reinstalled and my LCD replaced on my laptop, and it's just like brand new again. Actually, it's better than brand new, it's faster than ever!
