Dentures and Dental Services of Texas offers same day services for dentures. What the front office fails to explain is that you need to be there on time for your appoitment; however, you are lucky if someone will see you two hours later. Also, when making your appointment, the person leads you to believe that you can get in by 8AM and have your dentures by 4PM. that never happens at this location. The office personnel is so busy doing everything but dealing with the patients that are there for services. As it turns out, there is no such thing as same day service with the dental compay. You will be lucky if you are able to get your dentures by the fourth or fifth visit. The ladies handling the patients use the same old tired story of "we are so busy" that we just can't get to everything. Then the dental company should not be advertising same day services. The company charges at least $500 per hour for services; however, it cost me more to keep returning for appointments.
