        Overall

        These guys charge way too much!!! They quoted me $600 to replace my 4 shocks. Shocks cost $40 each, but they were on sale buy-one-get-one-free at other parts stores. That means they would make $520 for an hours worth of work!! Rip-off artists!!!!!!!

        HONESTY AND INTEGRITY

        I HAVE BEEN HERE THREE OR FOUR TIMES AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL. I CAME IN ONE TIME TO HAVE THEM CHECK A SCREW I HAD FOUND IN MY TIRE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY WITH CARS PILED UP OUTSIDE WAITING TO BE SERVICED. THE GENTLEMANAT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME TO PULL MY CAR UP AND HE LOOKED AT IT RIGHT AWAY. IT TURNED OUT THE TIRE WAS IN FACT PUNCTURED AND HE PUT A PLUG IN IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT, CHECKED THE PRESSURE IN ALL OF MY TIRES AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A THING. HE JUST TOLD ME TO HAVE A GREAT DAY. EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HONEST. THEY ARE SUCH GREAT PEOPLE. AND THEIR WAITING ROOM IS COMFY, TOO!!!
