Please avoid this office and Stuart Thomas at all cost. Staff is unprofessional and uncaring. Stuart Thomas is a rude, pompous person. No manners and full of himself. Please do yourself a favor and go to CrossTimbers.
I had a great experience with them, they were so nice an friendly - they made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. When I arrived the day of my procedure, they did not ask me for one dime and instead said they would bill my insurance and I have terrible insurance and haven't come close to meeting my deductible but they were not at all concerned about money, just me having my procedure and I have never felt more comfortable anywhere! The nurses and staff were all awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Our appointment was in the morning and the place was relatively empty. Waiting time is too long, between being in the lounge and to the patient room. We waited 45 minutes before being called. Then while in the patient room, between intervals of doctor and medical assistant leaving and entering, it was half an hour in there and only ten minutes were actually with the doctor and MA. It seemed slow pace. Staff isn't the friendliest and we question the medical assistant as we are first timers and she wasn't very informative. Even at the end, we weren't walked out or told where to leave. So we assumed the exit and check out was at the front counter where we checked in. Usually on exit at an efficient office, a staff would walk or tell you where to exit and check out. Not going back. I didn't feel a vibe as they genuinely care for patients.
Bad billing practices beware

well, doctor John Naus refer us to go here for colonoscopy. The billing lady called us said that UMR put the whole procedure on deductible. So I ok and they charged us 1200 up front! I ask the biller to provide the itemized bill so I can claim FSA but i never got it. I sent in the credit transaction reciet UMR rejected saying that I am not paying that much. Finally i get letter on the mail from UMR said my portion was 311 $! So I called the centralpark surgery center and they just give me a run around! Make sure you work with you insurance before you do the operates otherwise you waste time back back and forth try to get your over charges refun!!!!!! This is the first time ever happened to me!!!!!

The billing department is a bunch of thugs. They transfer you from one line to the next, never call you back when you leave a voice message. This is the first time in my life I'm leaving a comment for any business in an online portal. They will hang up on your phone calls, if they owe you any refund. Beware !! I'd an appointment for ear surgery with them which i'm planning to do sometime next month. Not sure if I should even go there now. Don't feel good about them anymore.
One of the doctors in this practice told me my situation required a costly surgery and there were NO other options. be aware this office has their own CT Scan machine (which I had and didn't need either $324.00 is what I paid) I wanted a second opinion and boy am I glad. My new ENT said there was 100% no way i needed any KIND of surgery. I have high blood pressure and anxiety and that doctor was going to put me under general Anesthesia for No reason other than to get my money. Please for your health, well-being and checkbook- Go somewhere else!!!
