        Worst BWW ever!!! Went for my birthday last night HORRIBLE service the waiter didn't know which way was up! My friends wing came out ice cold and another friend didn't get her appetizer until after her meal what the hell it's an appetizer not dessert. If the restaurant was busy some things could be all right but it was not busy there were only two other families in the restaurant. The GM for this location was also subpar when we spoke to him about our waiter and the cold he simply looked at us then said well what do you want me to do about in the most condescending way!! STAY AWAY.

        Overall

        This is by far the best BWW in the DFW area. They have a very friendly staff customer service is awesome. From there GM Keno and everyone on down they really do care about customers and there requests. They even let me watch Yankees games there. :) I highly recommend this BWW to anyone.
