The salesman was extremely rude and treated me like a child. I asked if they had a mechanic check the vehicle out they stated they had. I asked if I could see the report they stated that it wasn't for the public it was just for their dealership. When I started to ask if he could tell me what they had fixed on the vehicle he stated that he had no idea because he didnt have the report. At this point in the conversation the salesman started to become very agitated. I told him that I was 3 hours away (live in a small town in west Texas) and the soonest that I could get there would be Tuesday and I wanted to put a nonrefundable deposit to hold it till them. This is the point where they started treating me like a child. The salesman told me that I would be able to put the nonrefundable deposit down of $300 dollars. I said that was fine and asked if that deposit would go to the purchase price of the vehicle if we chose to buy it he stated yes and then became very agitated and stated never mind i don't want to take your deposit you'll just have to come in and see it and that I did not understand the term nonrefundable and I would come in Tuesday and demand my money back because I wouldn't like the vehicle. He then started to lecture me on how a nonrefundable deposit works.I told him that he was being very rude to me and I wanted to speak with another salesperson, he then told me that he was the only one in the building and that he was the manager. He was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. After that part of the conversation I decided not to do business with this company. I posted my review to Facebook and their way of responding back to my review with lies about my financial and credit situation. I did not run a credit application and did not speak with them about financing a vehicle because I was paying cash. Instead of rectifying the wrong they then decided to spread lies about information that they never even had or bother to obtain.
Place is a fraud. Saw a car on thier website, went to the dealership to get more info. The sales guy confirmed the price so I went ahead with the credit application. Once I did the price all of a sudden was higher than advertised and what the salesman confirmerd. I cannot believe he would try and sell the car higher higher than the advertising price. I won't be back and will blog about my experience. . This was 9/15/2016
This place rocks and gives a great handshake experience! With them, their word is gold, and that means a lot. I did all my business from Seattle in checking out and committing to a low-miles 2011 Golf for my son from Best Buy until I picked it up. I had checked all over the US on cars.com and Best Buy had the best value. From the moment I first called, Haidee and Ali worked together to communicate promptly, professionally and patiently by phone and e-mail and send professional looking documentation that clearly showed all the costs. They delivered and picked up the car for an inspection at Hiley VW at no additional charge (I paid inspection, or course). I flew down to DFW and they met me outside baggage claim. The car was immaculately detailed and had almost a full tank of gas. They made the final paperwork easy and got me out on the road with the car in less than an hour. Thanks, Ali and Haidee, so much for making it so easy!!
I recently purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban from Best Buy Auto. Their professional, attentive customer service was much-appreciated, considering what we went thru finding the perfect car. I'm very pleased with my purchase, & the price was right. I definitely recommend visiting Mo!

Mohammed and Haytham were top notch! I bought a 06 Cadillac STS that needed some front end repairs.They were helpful and made sure the car was repaired, after the repairs they even follow up with me to make sure everything was to my approval. Everything was fixed on the car. Much more than expected, Haytham was able to get the work needed and under price expected. My experience with purchasing this car was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend them to my friends.

Stay away from this dealership. We bought a car on march 16, 2011, we paid in full. As of today of may 2 ,2011 we still did not receive a title. Texas law says the dealer has 20 business days to deliver the title. They are not providing any constructive information, where the title is and when we will receive it. They told every week that we should receive a title by the end of the week and we never did. At this point, we don't know, if they sold us a stolen vehicle, or what. We just know that they are not willing to fix the situation. If they were an honest dealer, they would just take the vehicle back and unwind the sale. We put 0 miles on the car, it was delivered by auto carrier, and we cannot do anything with it until we get the title.
This customer is a dealer. She bought the car because of excellent price. The title took a while to get, because the bank had a lien on it. Sometimes it takes longer to get a title, but the customer got it due to our persistence.
The guys from here are scammers.
They put me through alot. They made me call my credit card company because they try and steal your $300 in a "deposit"
Total lie. Never recommend this to anyone .

The customer put the car on hold for three weeks. Then he decided not to buy the car. I subsequently refunded his money, and sold the car at a higher price to a customer that is very happy.
Oh My God!! This car dealership has put me through more hell then the law can bear.
This was the worse car buying expericing I have ever had in my life. These people are CROOKS! They have pretty cars that are not worth nothing. They sold me a car and took it home the next day it would start. They had the car towed to be fixed. Two weeks past by and they never gotten it fixed saying it would cost them to much money to fix. Now during these two weeks, they didn't give nothing to ride in at all. I called them everyday and now one would help me. They were the most rudest people ever. They didn't even try to find me something else. I got tired of waiting on them to fix the car, so I went back out there to get my down payment i had given them for the car. The owner took $100 of my money saying that he was charging me for towing. That was still legally his car. The bank had not paid him for the car because i told the bank it was in the shop. I told him that not right that he was wrong for taking my money and putting me through so much inconvienient for about about two week.
They customer service was the worst every. I have warn you to stay away from this Dealership. I am going to report them to Chanel 4 news as well. They want be in business long.
I wish I would have checked for reviews before I bought a vehicle from these guys...Bought the vehicle on a Saturday, the following Wednesday I had it in the shop because it was making a funny noise. Come to find out I had to put a new engine in it. What kind of a dealer doesnt even offer a 30day warranty. It is a very nice vehicle otherwise, but I'm sinking $4000 into it for a new motor-ouch! Guess I could just sit in my driveway with the sunroof open and the stereo cranked up...yah!

We purchased a vehicle from Best Buy Auto. The Price was good, The service could be better, However the sales man that sold us our vehicle lied to our faces. We were guaranteed that our vehicle would have coverage for 6 months and Pete the sales man assured us it was a done deal but to wait 1 month before we took our suv in to get a few things that needed to be fixed. Well we wait a month and I call him only to find out that he never took care of our warranty papers. He even admitted to the mistake and couldn't do a thing in the world about it. Not even offer to fix the seat or light. We found this place online and drove over and hour and 1/2 to get there, I've called and spoke to the Real owner of this place and all I could understand him saying was "sorry" YEAH THEY ARE SORRY!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
MY NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR BEING DIS-HONEST
