Very disappointed with this location. Went through the drive thru and ordered the 9 pc family meal with mashed potatoes, fried okra and 2 large drinks. We also paid for four extra biscuits. When they handed us our drinks they were overflowing and got all over my car. But what made this such a bad experience is when we got home 7 out of our 9 pc of chicken were legs. Also the okra was so over cooked we couldn’t even eat it and not only did we not get the biscuits that came with the meal, but we didn’t get the ones we paid for. Obviously there is a lack of care at this location.
Service is slow no matter what time you go to this Wendy's, the drive thru is ridiculously narrow, but the food has always been good.
We have been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes and still no food!! We've been AT the window for 25 minutes. We paid then they let our food shot and get cold and wanted us to pay again!!
Good food and prices. Nice combos that were a change if pace from typical burger joints. Portions were good.
This is the most efficient fast food restaurant that I have ever been to. The food is always great and the wait staff is efficient and trained to make sure that you have an enjoyable dining experience. Every parent that has visited this restaurant has met Ms. Edith who works the tables on the floor. She not only assists in keeping the tables cleaned off and ready for the next guest, but she is quick to assist you with getting high chairs for the kids, bringing you napkins, sauces or utensils, or refilling your drinks, or helping with anything you need. She is one of our main reasons for frequenting this location. For drive through service, this restaurant beats all others hands down. The double line of cars can be wrapped around the building and you can still make it through the drive through in record time. They know how to move cars through the drive through windows with speed and above all else, accuracy of your order. We love this restaurant!
Horrible !! Doesn't even deserve stars !! I found a piece of wire cooked in my chicken gizzard and no amount of refund or apology can fix it. There was no concern on fixing the problem trying to see how it happened. The answer was to ask the morning crew what happened. What does the morning crew have to do with food that was supposed to be freshly cooked !
I was so discussed with BK and the managing team was horrible I'll never ever spend my money somewhere that is do disrespectful.
Wasn't very satisfied on collins. I Like Taco Bueno on Cooper whole lot better. Food is fresh and tastes better too. I came to collins because it was closer to me, turns out it was very disappointing. No one welcomed me. The cashier was in busy in the back doing something due to people always being lazy. I work all day and get tired the least the manager and workers up front can greet me. I'm also a regular customer on cooper and the manager Evangelina Estrada is always smiling and always makes sure I'm very satisfied with my service. She makes Taco Bueno a place to always go back unlike the one on Collins!
This is a nasty dirty store they do not take the time out to make sandwiches the way that is supposed to be made the customer service skills are horrible I've seen employees curse each other out play loud music and being disrespectful I will not feed my dog is sandwich from out that subway the management team is poor the restroom runs all through the dining area where you have to eat is just bad I recommend no one to eat there
