A postmaster from this office made a delivery attempt on Monday and till Saturday no redelivery attempt was made and all attempt to get them on the phone was unsuccessful. They will not pick up the phone. They are very unprofessional.

I was able to drop all of my packages at PostNet. It did not matter if they were UPS or USPS. Also they had all packaging products that I could ever need. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be telling everyone about this business.
I went to pick up my package, the post office representative stated it will be forwarded to my new address. That was odd because the site said I needed to pick up. Sadly, two packages now have been sent back to vendor none forwarded to my new address.

When asked (incredulously, I admit) "Are YOU the one who yelled at me to "Get off that door?", she said "We go by OUR time, not YOURS!" (Cell phone time IS the correct time...). When asked her name (Theresa), she rudely asked for mine, which I gave. This woman obviously needs either retraining or forced retirement. A government employee has no business being so unprofessional, rude and, particularly, threatening to the general public/US citizens. I have filed a complaint with US Postmaster General Megan Brennan's office and the local Postmasters, city and state. I expect an apology and this government employee to be reprimanded. Inexcusable.

I can tell you I've had the worst encounter of rude people in this office. Their customer service skills are lacking tremendously. They lose your mail & somehow it becomes your fault. I'd like to know how that is possible. If you deal with this office you will see for yourself what I am talking bout. I talked to some other people who deal with them & are just as Disgusted cause they too ate missing mail. It's ridiculous if u ask me. The WORST customer service ever. I sent in 2 request rest regarding my mail while I was out of town. Neither of those requests were done. The attended I spoke to was rude and sounded angry with me. I spoke to his manager and he was worse. I was so upset, when I hung up the phone I was in tears. Just for a simple call to check on my mail! This has never happened to me before. Especially at a post office!
these guys are the worst, especially the old bold guy, who uses vulgar language all time with customers. Steer clear of this place if you can.Carriers are illiterate at best and most all could care less if your package/letter arrive at their destinations or not. Expect packages to be mishandled and abused.In a 6 day delivery week it id absolutely possible to have 6 different carriers on your route.They have just lost another package of ours and as usual,nothing will be done and nothing will change here.Starting to wonder how much of our stuff winds up on that online auction site.USPS complains the dont make enough money and will have to go to a 5 day week, stations like this are the reason-they are driving people to 3rd party delivery companies when they can.They should shake stations like this out like a dirty rug and start fresh.
All of the other reviews are correct on this post office. They are absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 things from a company. I received two of them, but never received the third. After checking online it supposedly was delivered a day after I got my last package, which wasn't true. I called and got a case number, but only got the run around for almost two weeks. According to them it was under investigation. I finally received a call only to be told that the investigation was asking the mail carrier if they remembered delivering the package to my home and apparently they did. Interesting how they could remember and knew what was in the package when I had two others sent to me and it had been over 2 weeks ago. Pretty much nothing was done. They just wasted my time and made me lose money.
This station is the worst Ive ever seen.Mail runs from 9:00am to as late as 7:30PM.Mail is damaged and delivered to wrong addresses regularly.The regular carrier seems to be absent as much as he is on the job.Ive complained once to Postmaster already but not much improvement.
