Sonia is the best !!!!!!!!! I was referred to her by a friend and it was one of the best decisions I made ! My hair is very hard to color and she worked magic the first time ! I left out of the salon feeling as if she has been doing my hair for years ! She is experienced in knowing how to process the color and to get the results you want ! She is so sweet ! Extra bonus !
This is the new salon that was located in Fort Worth off Eastchase . Same great staff with a new modern look. Stop by and experience the new look today.
Our family has been going here for several yrs. In the recent three times that we have gone we find the service very rude and uncaring about the customers they service. There is a new person who worked on my daughter today. Was abusive in the manner of joking with a friend who was working there saying things like she gets stuck with clients that she doesn't know like this person referring to my daughter. She said it several times. My daughter did not say anything but said she will not come to this establishment again. This person was to busy talking and joking with her friend than really finding out what kind of Bob she wanted. There were more things that went on. We ended up having to take her to another place to get the cut she wanted. It seems there is only one or two ladies that really know how to cut, style, customer repore and professionalism. Unless you're a senior citizen, don't go there. I will be contacting the manager and General Manager.
I have heard that this was the place to take kids, hence the name. I was really scared to get my daughters hair cut because I didn't want to ruin the natural curls. But the longer is got, the curls seem to be going away. So I decided to go to a recommend place instead of going to great clips or some other cheap Salon. BIGGEST MISTAKE! My other child had my full attention due to the fact that the cable was out, the DVD player was broken, everyone made him feel unwelcome. My daughter sat in a broken "princess" chair. Her hair is completely uneven a good 3 inches at a point. Her hair is shorter than I specified. Paw patrol seem to have her attention more than her client. I will never go back there and will never recommend this place to anyone. I am very dissatisfied.
I came into the salon and was immediately welcomed! It has such a great atmosphere! They truly care about their customers and I am MORE than happy with my hair and my visit.
Traci has been my stylist for many years. I trust her completely with my hair, from color choices to the cut that will look best on me. She is down to earth and friendly. And she's the only one who is allowed near my daughter's locks. Book an appointment with her - you will not be disappointed!
Traci Mize has been doing my hair for over ten years, I have always been very happy with the results. I love the fact that the color is ammonia free. My hair is in far better condition because the color is the most gentle out there; my hair is shinier, stronger, more hydrated.
I went in to get my hair cut and Rona , who was wonderful had moved away..I use Darla and she was the most rude hairstylist I ever had..She wouldn't listen to how I wanted my hair cut, stating shes done this for years and several times ROLLING her eyes at me when I talked about my haircut..i will contact not just the manager but the general manager !
Rona is the absolute best at Heflin's! She has a great personality, is extremely proficient at her job, and is always upbeat and fun! I love coming every week to spend time here - I always come out looking my best (even with what Rona has to work with - lol), AND - I'm in a fantastic mood. Love, Love, Love these guys!
I am dissatisfied with the level of customer experience and service that I received today. I was hoping for a nice day of pampering and got unfortunately the opposite. Overall I felt as though my presence was unwanted and a burden to deal with. I was not greeted and introduced to my stylist warmly. I gave a general description of what I wanted accomplished over the phone which was layering my extensions. I felt like my stylist could have investigated and confirmed with me more in a formal consultation as I wanted more services along with the layering. Instead I was asked questions nonchalantly when my back was turned as she seemed busy walking away to do something else. A co-worker of hers had to tell me that she was actually talking to me. As the hair appointment went on I felt like she was telling me excuses why my layered style may or my not come out to my desired wants which left me feeling insecure in her ability to accomplish the task to the point of me telling her to not layer the back only the front and sides. She went on to complaining several times about washing my hair and her concerns with it due to her prior experience of her other clients extensions matting up and tangling badly and it taking an hour to untangle which made me feel like one, she did not want to properly handle my hair extensions and two like her time would be wasted styling my hair. I felt embarrassed by her remarks of tangling, and mold growing in the hair if I chose to blow dry it instead of sitting under a hood dryer. I have spent several hundreds on my hair extensions and the application technique pretty must prohibits the growth of mold due to it's free nature of being sewn over fusion beads instead of braids. I am not used to receiving this kind of service and I would hope something be done about it. The style came out great... but not returning to the stylist. It not worth the stress. I feel like I need a massage to work out the stress knots I got from going there. ) :
