DO NOT BELIEVE THE FACEBOOK SCORE FOR THIS GYM. It is total bogus as you can see very unhappy customers.Ive been hit with at least 6 late fees not including their bogus return fee adds another 10$ added to each fee NONE WHICH WAS MY REASON. HIT WITH FEES AS SOON AS I SIGNED UP 1st 2 months. Was told it was going to be compensated couple days after manager moves to a different location. The account manager got on the phone making sure he was not loud but very rude. If you are having a problem with the manager there is no one else to talk to. I don't want to do business like that because he spent the entire time let me know he was the only one who could help me and that if I didn't want it his way he would hang up. I am going to get channels five on this.
I've been a loyal member for 4 years now and as the years go by, the gym gets more and more stingy and rude. I had a buddy of mine drive an hour to come train with me in the morning and the girl at the front desk wouldn't let him come as a guest with me because there was no one there to talk to him. Such bs. We even asked to just buy a day pass and she still didn't let him come workout. He drove an hour to this gym and she was an uptight b**** Completely ridiculous.You cant even use the TRX equipment in the back room because they have locked it for "trainers only" and the clients. It wasn't like that when I signed up, complete bs.
I was going over my bills and noticed a charge from them. Apparently they were able to weasel there way through a loophole. I originally signed my son up because that was what he asked for , a membership to a gym. Believe me, that in itself was an ordeal. Like two sharks circling us. Trying all the pressure tactics to have him sign with a personal trainer for only about 300 something a month. The statement came out of one guys mouth. "Well, don't you want him to have the best?, don't you want to be a good Mom?" Yeah, single parent, my son already knew what he needed to do. He had been using the school's gym. My son was amazed that I didn't budge or cave from the bullying. Here's the thing, he's moved out, almost 2years now. Soo, they assume it's ok to just renew this at their leisure? Bank tomorrow, certified letter to their corporate, i have a network of attorneys if they want it to get to that point, I've got nothing but time and my motivation is principle. Ultimately they're going to have to deal with a supreme judge later on for their actions.
This company charged a large sign up fee for the $9.95 membership & I also signed up for the FitExtreme for an additional $39.95 per month. The facilities were clean & the faculty was knowledgable and friendly. However when my debit card was compromised I called to let their customer service know & I was assured everything was fine to just call back & update my information. Two months and several hundred dollars later my bill is incorrect, there's never a manager available & they still have not cancelled my membership dispute multiple requests! There's an 800# that calls several times a day requesting I call back to speak with a person & when I call back after being placed on an 5-7 min hold I'm transferred to a managers voicemail & of course my messages go unanswered. I filed a complaint with BBB & a very rude lady called to inform me that I have to pay the bill nothing can be done to adjust it in any way & after 90 days it goes into collections. That is their conflict resolution. So long story over, worst gym experience ever!

Wwwwooowwwwww. I can hardly believe these reviews. My decision has been swayed. No one likes People messing with their money/income, nor be treated with disrespect for whatever reason . I don't care if it's $5.00 a month, you mislead them or with hold anyone's hard earned money, then thst places you in the category of POND SCUM SUCKER. The employees posting reviews on here obviously got paid and perhaps a bonus for whoever had the best^/ most convincing. You can't possibly think people will believe reviews go from 1 star to 5 stars. That in itself is idiotic and funny how there are direct comments about amenities listed as if to copy directly from brochure, or every class is mentioned knowing that NO ONE would know that unless work there. I've seen this dreadful occupation scam the public and stand there as if to argue "nu uh" or open mouth shock " how dare you! :I did not" . Take a look rejects- your corp. office dictates your customer service and that is pretty bad. I know you get paid like a pitiful weekly salary working 12 hour shifts, and corporate does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE. Take note. ...this many people CANT be wrong. They all said the same thing. Wonder why sales are low? Look around. Listen. And wait till you get scammed by the same people. ..TOLD YA SO.
I've never been a big review writer but I HAVE to speak on this behalf: I got scammed by fitness connection. The $9.95/month seems nice...however what it comes with is: 1. Over $100 sign up fee, and if you cancel your account due to financial hardship, you're required to pay that fee again if you ever decide to come back.2. Yearly dues that cost around $203. One big overly crowded room with mediocre equipment4. VERY VERY rude, trashy, unprofessional staff. The guy signing me up was dropping "F" bombs left and right, and was way pushy.5. If you want to cancel you have to write a letter and mail it to corporate, which takes several weeks to process, and you are still charged for the following 30 days from the time corporate receives the letter.I signed up because a close friend was a member and I was motivated for a work out buddy. In hindsight this possibly was one of the worst mistakes of my entire life and this scam gym should be put out of business.
The gym itself is nice. However, the company that runs the training program is not managed well. I'm on my second month and have been through 2 trainers (not by my choice). I loved the 2nd trainer...a great fit for me. I had an appt set up and texted the trainer to verify our appt a few days before (we had set up the appt almost 2 weeks ago) and he told me he was no longer with the company. Okay it's the end of the month and now I'm like "How am I going to get in my last workout which I already paid for?" I'm hoping the training manager can fix this so that I don't lose the workout session, but they should have called me to tell me my trainer had left. I found this out 10 days after the trainer left. He said the company was supposed to contact me. They had plenty of time to let me know. I'm really unhappy about this.
