I just want to warn potential employees that this company is very misleading when you interview with them. You will not be given the tools to do your job and upper management speaks to you abusively.

This business is horrible. The people are rude, they don't want to even offer to help you look at a house if you don't tell them you want to buy it that day. I called asking to look at a property to rent and when they asked if I was planning on renting it that day I said no I was looking aroun…
I have rented from this company for over 15 years and have nothing to say but good about them. They treat you like family. Others posting negative reviews just have an ax to grind and didn't get their way. Shame on you.
The service, care and professionalism we have received from Carolyn Weaver and her staff over the years is over the top. She "speaks tenant" and understands the options and procedures that work best for both the tenant and the owner. Very knowledgeable and reliable. This is aside from the fact that I have been an active real estate broker for 40+ years in sales. TOTALLY different from the leasing world.
As a rental property owner, I have been very pleased with Kautz Property Management. I have used this company since the owner's father ran it in the 1980s. My houses were rented quickly and renters usually renewed their leases. I avoided all the landlord headaches while they did all the work. I made the mistake of using another company in Arlington once-it was awful. I would recommend Kautz to anyone-and I have!
These people were extremely unprofessional and rude. The woman who answered the phone spoke so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. The woman Mary I actually ended up speaking with had 0 customer service, real estate, or people skills for that matter.
WORST APARTMENT EVER ON MY MOVE IN DAY I GET MY KEYS OPEN THE DOOR AND POURING DOWN ARE ROACHES!! IN WAS INFESTED THEY WERE IN TOP OF STOVE, COUNTER TOPS, ALL OVER WALLS, FLOORS, INSIDE TOILET AND TUBS!! THEY WERE ALIVE ONES AND DEATH ONES EVERYWHERE!! THEY HAD FOG THE PLACE THEY FOGERS WERE LEFT ON THE FLOORS, THE FLOORS WERE ALL WHITE/DIRTY STAFF NEVER BOTHERED TO GO WALK UNIT BEFORE MOVE IN. I EVEN CALL BEFORE I HEADED THAT WAY TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING WAS READY. THE APARTMENT WAS IN NO CONDITIONS TO BE LIVING IN! I LOST MY ADMIN FEE $150 MY APPLICATIONS $80 MY UHAUL RENTAL $100 THE GUYS I HAD TO HELP ME MOVE I AM 6 MONTHS PREGNANT CANT CARRY ANYTHING! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHEN I ASK FOR MANAGEMENT NUMBER THEY SAID THEY DINT HAVE IT THAT IT WAS AN OWNER! THIS SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE FOR THEIR TENANTS!
Would give zero stars!! Do NOT Move here. After we turned our keys in, we asked if they needed to come and look at the place and they said No. Then two months later, they sent us a notice from a collection agency, lying, saying we owe upward of $600.00 for damages... (because they know we did not have a move out checklist)... We lived there just a year. When we moved in the apartment was roach infested and had many problems that we outlined in our move in checklist and we constantly had repairmen coming over. This company is extremely disorganized and will lose important paperwork on a REGULAR. They will call you every other month telling you they forgot to have you sign something and expect you drop everything to come into the office. Save yourself some stress and find another cheap apartment. If you do move here because you have absolutely nowhere else to go... be sure to take lots of photos of before and after with a time stamp and keep copies of every single document you touch.
My wife and I rented one of their properties in the SW Fort Worth area in TX for nearly 2 years. Each time it was time to renew our lease, the rent went up.The cost of the rent increases did NOT correlate well with their lack of maintenance to the property whenever we had issues.Lastly, they kept over 75% of our DEPOSIT to fix up the house, AND they have refused to credit us back a pro rated portion of 5 days rent from our original move out date.To say THIS company takes advantage of you is putting it mildly...... they are unethical and I encourage anyone looking to rent from Professional Asset Management and Sales to look elsewhere............
Dishonest & unethical to say the LEAST! Have never bee treated as such until I rented from these con artist. Charged for repairs that should have been home owners responsibility. Do not lease from here, you will surely regret it. Management will play " phone dodge" from you when you try to contact them regarding an issue. Slap you with bogus repair fees if you have a repair done & most assuredly raise you rent! Do not rent if you value your money!
Great consumer service. Quick to resolve maintenance issues. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent or homeowners looking for a company to help manage their property!
