DO NOT do business with this car lot. After saving for some time I purchased a vehicle for my son s birthday. The price was right, it ran good, LOOKED good and seemed in good condition. Imagine my disappointment two months later when it would not pass inspection. The check engine lignt doesn t …

I took my truck up to Manuel, to trade it in. They gave me more then I was expecting and I drove off in a new Sonata. I'm really looking forward the money will save on gas. I will not have to spend a hundred on a tank of gas ever agian!
I put a down payment of $1500 on a Chrysler 300 barely had it six months all of a sudden it wouldn't crank called the carlot spoke with Tim he gave me the number to the tow truck company long story short he says motor is gone which is a lie Mr.Tim wouldn't let me look at the car, put me in another vehicle or anything basically took my money but he will be hearing from my lawyers soon! Therefore people he seems nice but DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE FROM HIM PERIOD!!
This place doesn't deserve a star...Please stay away from this place. It is literally a rip off. I was sold a lemon and they expect for you not to want ur money back. And when you go to ask for your money back I was asked if I had lawyer because I would need one if I thought I was going to return the vehicle. The man was very nasty and very disrespectful. My daughter purchased this car literally 10 days ago and on the 3rd day of having the vehicle the check engine light came on. Went and had it checked out at 2 different establishments & no codes which they found odd. Red flag. Had to go back to the dealership anyways to get the inspection done (another red flag) and while I was there I definitely address the issue of the engine light. Once there I mentioned the results from the other establishments & magically he was able to run the diagnostic & according to him the oil was dirty. He decided that he would take the car to his mechanic only to come back to say it was a VVT whatever that is; the oil was perfectly fine and clean. I asked about the inspection he said it won't pass inspection until the part has been replaced. He said he had to order the part and that it would take two and a half hours to fix. Returned the following day & he took the car to his mechanic, they did the inspection right away which I believe was illegally done, returned the car, put the part in the car and told my daughter to go get it fixed herself. Tell me how is it you can have a legal inspection done when the part still wasn't replaced before you did the inspection? So I decided something wasn't right so I had a full diagnostic test done on the vehicle by a real dealership and lo and behold smug in the engine and the "B exhaust" Camshaft position, timing over advanced/system performance is what's wrong with the car... So tell me how the vehicle passed the inspection with all this wrong with the vehicle we just purchased? Looks pretty shady to me but in due time GOD will prevail.
Hell NO... please never even go in there. Full of fakeness. Most horrible place I have ever been on earth. The owner or whoever the hell he was. He tried to fight with me and told me to get out of his property because I chaged my mind and did not want to buy his junk Nissan Altima which looks good from outside but is a junk from inside.PLEASE AVOID THIS FREAKING SAM’s or whatever auto this is.
Sam and Andrey made our visit very relaxed and an easy experience providing a very fair deal on an exceptionally like new condition 2000 Porsche. Drove the car to Mckinney and then to Galveston in poor weather and it was a flawless drive. One of the best used car buys I have made in 60 years of driving. The tags were mailed and received 4 working days after purchase.
Well it’s all the same story about Vango stay away from these guys. Does anyone have information about Who dey use for gap insurance I am told my vehicle has gap insurance but I can not find the paper work and no one will answer calls.
WARNING!!! Whatever you do do NOT buy a vehicle from this sorry excuse for a dealership. And pre warning for anyone looking at one of the range rovers they have for sale please do NOT buy it as you will soon regret it. I went there to look at a 2004 range rover with good miles (only 65k) When I got there I was given a key and told to drive to some field and find the vehicle. After searching for the RR in what looks to be a junk yard I finally found a RR covered in dirt. As I was sketchy at this point I decided to do a complete evaluation of the RR inside and out.(I was told before I got there that it was in mint condition) Once inside I could easily tell that this RR was smoked in(whether previous owner or the dealership themselves.) On the website it said that the vehicle was not smoked in. Also there was a cig burn in the center console along with one on the sunroof cover. The leather was in awful shape and there were many other flaws inside. Now after turning the vehicle on I checked all the electronics. The dash display was dying out and you could barely even make out the mileage that was on the RR. When I went to pop the hood to check the engine I found that it was impossible since the lever was broken. After checking the outside of the RR I had found many large scratches and also the front passenger side was scuffed up from a fender bender (mirror was cracked along with a small dent above the wheel well) So now I decided that I would take it for a test drive. I pulled out of the junk yard and started driving down the road. After a mile a warning light popped up on the dash and since the display was broken I couldnt' make out what it said. I then turned around to head back to tell them about the light. When I was turning around the engine started to smoke so I parked it in the nearest parking lot. They had told me that this vehicle was inspected and that every thing was in great working condition. Obviously this was a complete lie as they couldnt' even get into the engine compartment. Well good luck if you try to deal with this group of liars.
VANGO SOLD MY RV - KEPT THE MONEYI I purchased a 1997 American Eagle RV from GLENN RHOADES at the VANGO AUTO GROUP on eBay (txharleygirlz) - There was a discrepancy with the milage (100,000 MILES) and I no longer wanted it.I got him to re-sell it on eBay - BIG MISTAKE - he got the money $34500 and 6 months later I have only received $15000.Now he won'y take my call or answer my emails.
Do NOT do it. Although the other reviews are not well written, they are in fact very true. I went in drove a car did the deal go out to leave car won’t start, they jump it off and now there’s ten dash lights on all kinds of wiring issues with head lights. They end up keeping car we come back to get the next day the battery is dead. This time they decide to replace it....hello! I do not want to buy a car that has an issue with draining the battery. A new battery doesn’t fix the problem! Even though we never actually took possession of the car they refused to give us our money. We asked to speak to the owner “the mean old white man” the other reviews speak of. We were refused. 15 minutes later he pulls up, when we try to speak to him he Denys being the owner (even though his picture is online) and told us if we had a problem at wal mart Ms. Walton herself wouldn’t come in to talk it over with me!!!!! Long story short they told us we couldn’t have our money and if we drove the car off the lot they would just add it to the repo list and take it back because in our contract it says if we fail to make timely payments or if they in good faith believe we won’t make future payments they have the right to take the car back and demand the full balance of the car. (I checked the fine print does infact state that) the second the paper was signed they turned into awful people I can’t believe they can live with themselves for doing this to people who are clearly already struggling or we wouldn’t be there to begin with.
Test drove a ram 3500 with Randy. Specifically asked Randy if they ran diagnostics on truck and fixed any problems that diag. shows. Yes, he replied. Guys picked up truck a few days later and air conditioner was not blowing hard and check engine light come on 2 days after we took it from there lot. Took it to dodge dealership and dodge said codes have been active since before we picked it up. looks like DKR Inc. deleted codes and shut engine light off before I picked it out. Peter said sorry “AS IS”He said it like he had said it many times. You know, it just rolled of the tongue quickly...I need more trucks, but won’t be using them.
