This restaurant was really cool, their menu was so diverse! From prosciutto wrapped meatloaf, to duck wings, to simple grilled cheese & tomato soup (though they probably made that a monster gourmet too!) But it was really great, & I will be back!
I went there with 3 other friends and ordered, they took 20 mins to get us our drinks. They were out of some plates on the menu and i had to choose another thing, that was ok but when they brought the food they got the plates mixed up and gave us all different food orders, later i told them about it and they wanted to charge me 2 more orders that i hadn't asked for. I decided to cancel my order after about 45 minutes of waiting and waiting, and they still had the audacity to bring it to me once i had cancelled. One of the burgers was extremely super soggy and drenched in oil, the fries were cold, the taste was rancid. Overall it was a long wait, overpriced, and the food quality was crappy. If i were you i WOULDN'T go here, i suggest you save yourself from passing a bad time especially if you're celebrating something... you've been warned lol
They can take your name and make you wait 20 minutes bit if all your party is not present you will have to wait longer
Staff took almost 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was at the menu in the drive thru. No cars in front of me when I pulled up so it's not like they were busy with the drive thru. I asked for a sandwich and a drink only. They repeated the order back to me, it was incorrect. Instead of a sandwich and a drink, they punched in a combo meal but at least it was the right sandwich. So rather than arguing I just accepted it and drove to the window. Sat there for another 13 minutes. Finally got the food and left. Got home and checked the food, they did give me a combo but it turned out to be the wrong combo meal all together. I called the restaurant and asked for a team lead or supervisor and was immediately hung up on. I immediately called back and a different employee answered, again I asked for a team lead or manager and was again immediately hung up on. I called back a third time. This time they answered the phone with an attitude and mostly only gave short one word answers. I asked for a team lead, the employee said 'okay'..... Long awkward silence.... Finally I asked if that's who I was talking to... She said yes, so I started to complain about the experience. She ended up talking over me and was rude. Never addressed my concerns about the time it took to get served, the time it took to be acknowledged at the drive thru, being hung up on 3 times prior to this call. This is laughable customer service. I can understand being a little short with a pissy customer but that's not what happened here. This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience I've had at this location but the first time I've decided to complain.
This was my first time trying this place I’d defiantly try it again the beef sandwich is really good and so is the veal parm the pizza itself is not the best just being honest but everything else I enjoyed! Like I said I defiantly will try it again
Brand is a joke, goes bankrupt and is under "New Ownership" but still has horrid service. You cannot run a business these days where you treat people badly, do your job half ass, and then overcharge for barely decent food. The location in Arlington stinks and the food comes out cold and with very little flavor. Then my family gets sick after eating there and the owners and managers laugh on the phone and talk down to customers. This brand will be out of business in the near future. Avoid at all costs and hopefully my review saves at least one family from wasting money on jerks and crappy food.
HORRIBLE experience HORRIBLE food. The new manager is a complete prick. My family, with 4 little kids all got food poisoning from here and the manager said he did not care. Refused to do anything about it. Laughed on the phone. The place smelled bad when we first sat down but we have them the benefit of the doubt and we ended up with food poisoning! I Cant tell you how rude the manager was to me once I told him my whole family got sick from there. Beware of this place!
Ordered Dominos tonight - it took an hour and 10 Mts for them to arrive - and it was cold/lukewarm #DIsappointed #DoBetter
