This store has cost me hundreds of dollars twice now. This time, the is associate promised my wife and I were getting a $600 visa prepaid card AND a buy one get one free on our iPhones for her switching from T-Mobile to my account. We didn't even get half the amount she wrote down on a piece of paper for us. Several months later I noticed we were being charged for her iPhone as well. ATT took almost a month to figure it out with me having to call twice a week the entire time to figure out a system problem and then only gave me back $280 of the $350 they charged me. I had to call ATT again, I know the number by heart now, and they said the BOGO Free offer was for the "base model" and we owe the different. I said the associate wrote down on paper it was free plus the amount of the Visa card, and they said "Well, she shouldn't have said that. It happens sometimes. We aren't giving you any more money."ATT let's its employees lie to make a sale and then don't back up the bogus claims from their own representatives and pass it off by saying "they were wrong. It happens."After 17 years, I'm angrily leaving this lying company.

I went to the store to ask general questions and the store manager auto sign me up for an iphone 6 plus without my permission. then he said he is making mistake . he will correct it. but he never corrected it. so now sprint is billing me for an active account of an iphone 6 plus. which I never have one in my hand or a sprint phone number. I went to the retail store and calling sprint customer at least 4 times. and they never taking the fraud problem . if I am on the phone . they tell me to go to the store to get that take care. and when I went to the store. they told me to call 1800 to get that take care. this is the worst experienced I have with the brand.sprint is not only owning me an apology and compensation me for this fraud was done by this now no longer work there manager. it is show a bad mark on my credit report for not paying bill and late on charge. again. on a fraud account. that was never authorizied.as of today. the store manager is still refusing to correct the problem . and I already give her a special case number from sprint fraud department . all she has to do is call her fraud department and have the problem fix. but no she is refusing to do that.I have report this to BBB. hope this company is gettting sue very soon.,
So if it was possible to give less than one to give a -5 I would. Had to make 4 trips to get done what we needed to get done. My kid started running for the door and they held it open!!! so he could run out the door, he just turned 3. When we were complaining about it they told us if we didn't stop, they were going to stop helping us and Brandon the guy who was helping us, actually walked away. I understand you can't touch my kid but you can do something other than just stand and watch that happen. Oh you can shut the door. The manager James cook was unhelpful, Unapologetic in fact he tried to say that it was our fault. He was extremely rude and inappropriate.

After deciding to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed here, it was a tad bit too late before I had realized the Apple Store was offering the exact same price to get it fixed with the actual parts that assembled the device. However that wasn't the worst part, even though you are given a decent screen, it will mess up your screen configuration & sensitivity. I can't text like I should nor search, applications are randomly accessed and pulled up as though someone is pressing on the application. The list goes on, and so I tried to be compliant the day after experimenting with my phone but the process took about a month before they claimed to receive the actual part. Upon receiving it, they have decided to charge me yet again to get the screen swapped not even letting me keep the screen purchased. Now I decided to save up and invest into my phone yet again ($109) but with a reliable company, I don't one they possibly can't compete with, Apple. So I'm just saving everybody I possibly can from their poor service and product, trust me you'll thank me tenfold.
I've gone to that location ( next to Applebee's )any times and have spent thousands of dollars there ... There is a girl names Jasmin that works there . She has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen . The eye rolling the attitude and worst of all the LIEING. She will tell you anything to sell you and get rid of you quickly . I find that very insulting .. Thankfully management was there and saw and herd what she had done and fixed the issue .. So if you can stay away from jasmine you will be ok ... Good luck
