Horrible customer service! Having no training at all on what they are doing. I work in a doctor office, these women who act like children are unprofessional to say the the least. Being that I know HIPPA along with other policy were broken I turned them in to the medical board through Texas also B&B. Working with children you should now how to act. Then some of the front desk lady had hole jeans with cut out by their front area really in a place of business. Speaking Spanish cussing and talking about non work related things.
This facility is disgusting. Customer service skills are garbage. Staff communicating with patients is painful to watch and hear. They literally come out screaming names and not even smiling. Mind you this is a CHILDRENS clinic. A smile could help a lot dealing with the little people. They lose paperwork, don’t update insurance cards when asked. It’s a all around lazy facility. And we will not be coming back. I went here because it was in network with my Medicaid insurance now that we don’t have that. We will be going somewhere a little less ratchet.
I have been with Dr. Tan since 2003 I have been disappointed at almost every visit to the office. I hate change and since we don't frequent the office I let things slide. The office is ALWAYS dirty. There are never adequate sitting areas. The clients are almost all medicaid which tells you a different story about the business...not the clients. They are always over booked and you have to wait a LONG time to be seen. When you are finally seen the cna's and nurses are chaotic. Different ones enter doing different things leaving you unsure of what is going on and if it is being done completely or adequately. Dr. Tan usually takes her time...she is laid back, but I never feel confident in her assessment. Things are often forgotten or incomplete. I can never reach a person on the phone and never receive a timely call back.
You will almost always wait even with an appointment. We were scheduled at 9, was not called back till almost 9:30, nobody even acknowledged it would be a little wait. The front desk is not friendly at all, almost NO personality. That place is really a clinic, they don't really care about the patients, parents, or friendliness. It's all for the numbers. Really gone downhill!

I had to go up to the clinic to make an appointment because they would not return my call after several days. You can get an itemized bill when you leave even when you pay cash. Stay at the front desk are not friendly either. SMH
The Staff needs to improve on their professionalism. I have been using doctor Samuel Sheng for over 15 years but when he moves from Grandpraire to Cooper things started changing. The doctor always very attentive to your problems and ready to work with you.This location customer service are bad, and they keep you waiting for so very long, and when they comes back know apologies or anything. Am already considering of moving to another doctor since Dr. Samuel Sheng is no longer there anyways.
If I can give my experience 0 stars I would! Today I walked in and was treated horribly by the new member of the Minute Clinic! I used to see Hillary who was fantastic! I think her name was Seema, unbelievably incredibly rude, crude and horrible!! Zero people skills, would not even want to help me, shewd me away at 12:30 as I tried making an appointment at the kiosk because it was soon to be her "lunch hour " at 1-2. So I returned later in the day again in an attempt to retrieve my immunization records, told me she wouldn't be servicing me if she had other patients, treated me like I was an inconvenience, repeatedly told me to contact 855 Walgreens if I'm have a problem! Stay away from this Minute Clinic!!! Will never return to see this new monster who now unfortunately works there! Would not even take my dog to see her!!
My husband and I took our 3 year old there after being sick for a few days. We were playing with a glove after waiting for so long and he told my husband we should teach our child not to play with a doctors tools, I told him he could put it on our bill if it bothered him that bad. He didn't so anything for our son, the whole visit was a waste. Not to mention he insulted my husband by saying he should dress appropriately the next time or he would charge a maid service. He works for the city so he was in his work clothes and didn't figure it was a requirement to go home shower and change to take our son to the doctor. Dr. Nguyen is very rude and this is not a kid friendly environment at all. We will never again visit this location.
