great people, honest and up front and fully trained techs, came on time and gave us 30 mints window ,
Eric was the technician that serviced our A/C after hours on a holiday weekend. We were given a 1 hour window...he arrived during that time. He explained everything he looked at and tested. He was patient when I asked questions. Without a doubt top notch service from top notch, professional and patient man. Thank you Eric!
A home warranty company sent TX Express to my home to fix the dishwasher. Alvin replaced the mother board and told me if the warranty company did not pay he would come back out remove the new board and replace it with the used one. He then told the steam from the dishwasher was going through the seal and it would happen again. To fix the seal he asked me if I had super glue, but he Gorilla glued it instead. Of course, that didn't fix the problem. I had another company come out who told me there were screws missing and Alvin broke the panel. I called the office and was told the owner, John, would call me back in 5 minutes. Hours later I was told he left the office but would call me when he got in. That was a week ago.
This is the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever seen. TWO MEN came out together and in two trips a week apart STILL DID NOT fix our washing machine! Now that we have called them back, the claim is closed! Now, after two week with no washing machine, how many more weeks to sort this mess out?
I went to Texas Appliance in Arlington to buy a refrigerator, and received a nice discount when I was enticed to participate in their Texas Two-Step special, also purchasing a mattress to qualify for the discount. Got the fridge, it didn't work. After multiple tech visits, 4 separate refrigerators delivered (all faulty), and 4 months later, we got a refund from GE minus the discount. Basically the discount I received was swept out from under us due to a faulty product, and neither GE or Texas Appliance would make it right in order to get us back with a comparable product. Joi at Texas Appliance completely lacked empathy. When I spoke to her about my situation she looked annoyed, possibly because we were speaking in front of her employees. It was strange. She also did not reply or react to an email sent from another store employee (Jan) days earlier about my concern, but she told me she had seen it. Why no reply? Not very reactive or proactive in handling concerns. In summary, Joi basically told me that she could not and would not help, and did not offer a comparable discount or assistance towards another refrigerator. I don't believe that I can shop here any more due to the negative experience. The sales team works well from what I observed, but Joi as a manager lacks quality customer service. The original salesman Lloyd is a good salesman, and is knowledgeable and amicable. I would buy from him again if he worked at another store.
Completely unprofessional and a fly by night outfit. They were assigned my home warranty work and never called after 4 days when I called the number goes to a cell phone that says the voicemail has not been setup. Based on the poor reviews on other sites and the F rating with BBB I would not recommend them and if your warranty company assigns them ask for someone else.
Have our dryer under sears and they sent this company out to "fix" it. I told them that my samsung dryer flashes a red light showing them what is wrong with it. They kept on telling me that there is nothing wrong with it. At the end, the told me that they can't fix it and left my vent disconnected. When I called the main center, the person who answered said that they will give me a call back which this was at 11:44. Fast forward to 4:21, I called back even though she said she would call me back and told me that she spoke with the people that came and told me that the vent was already disconnected when they came. If that was true (which is not) how would they know that my dryer was working??? They are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this business and I am upset that I'm paying sears for warranty and they did not even research about this company's background. After reading other reviews I felt better as I am not the only one that they screw around with. As of March 8th they have all reviews that are 1 except 1 other review that has 5 star. (I doubt it that it's real to be honest)
this company assign by our warranty and they did fantastic job. they came on time and gave us 30 mins warning by calling us and text.
Wayne is very knowledgeable when it comes to appliance repair. You tell him the symptoms and he’ll tell you the solution. If you’re a DIY kinda person, this place will save you a bunch of money if you don’t wanna part ways with your appliance.
