Sold my daughter a car with a broken welded unsafe axle send it to Jeep dealer was given the total run around from the service department at Duval Ford they actually wanted her to get back in the vehicle and drive it over back to their shop so they could okay to have Jeep fix it so they're basically saying for my daughter to go into a vehicle that is a death trap with a broken axle and drive it 10 miles to their dealership what responsible party would have somebody do that with their child let alone a regular customer I would never ever ever recommend these people or for you to go there and get service I'm sure they'd be more than happy to sell you a vehicle when when it comes down to taking care of what they sold you they want no part of it due to inadequate work and pretty much lies straight to your face so all I could say is buyers beware and do not believe a word that they say have them put it in writing and again I would go to another one if you're interested in buying a vehicle not from this company or this dealership

I really wanted to give this dealership a negative star. Bought a new MDX a couple of years ago and had an ok experience from this dealership. Our salesperson was great. Contacted same salesperson at same dealership. Worked deal for trade-in and agreed on number for the car we were wanting to purchase. Got financed through my own bank. Even gave deposit to salesperson. At 6:30 pm (was supposed to pick up car next morning at 10:30 -I live a couple hours away from dealership) was contacted by salesperson to say the dealer sold the car we already put a deposit on to a different person because they made more money with the other deal.

BEWARE!!! THE ONLY THING HUGE AT FUCCILLO IS THE BAIT AND SWITCH! I started talking with Arnela at Fuccillo Nissan via text on 12/1/17. I was trying to get a price on a new Titan they had online. I specifically mentioned the stock number in the text and was told that I could purchase the Titan for $31,660. I showed up to the dealership to purchase the vehicle on 12/9/17 around 3:00 PM. I was told Arnela was busy, but they found another salesman to take care of me. I showed him the text messages between her and I and he retreated to the dealership to get a manager. The manager comes out and informs me that they will not be honoring the price I was quoted. He then tells me that they've added a lot of options to that truck (all of which were in the pictures on the website prior to me initiating the contact) and that he'd make me a great deal around $50,000. After speaking with Allison with Coggin Nissan on Atlantic as well as someone with March Motors, Arlington Toyota and Jax Chrysler Jeep Dodge it seems this dealership has made quite the name for themselves with their bait and switch tactics. I made my way to Arlington Toyota after wasting hours of my day at Fuccillo and made a great purchase on a new Tundra. Stay away from this shady dealership.
I was online shopping for several weeks, when I came across a 2015 Dodge Challenger at Coggin Buick GMC in Jacksonville. Sad to say, by the time I was able to make a decision it was sold. But NO WORRIES, because I was working with an AWESOME salesmen "RYAN SELLERS" who got me into an even better car, a 2016 Dodge Challeger. Ryan had everything approved, prepared, and ready to go before I even walked in the door. Might I add, any concerns I had regarding the the price and interest rates, were adjusted within minutes by the finance manager. Ryan made me feel comfortable at the showroom. He guided me through everything, and answered every question I had. He even provided his cell number for any questions or concerns I might have after I purchased my dream car. I must say, after purchasing several cars, that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Ryan Sellers delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. Coggin Buick GMC of Jacksonville now has another satisfied loyal customer.
UPDATE: Turned out Atlantic Infinity was not to blame and I was getting ripped off by Stuart Ford. I took my car to an honest mechanic and he fixed it all for $240.00! The timing belt was fine and the A/C only needed freon.Purchased my dream car (a 2002 Thunderbird). I live in Port St. Lucie which is 235 miles away from the dealership. The car was a one owner 59,000 mile garage kept vehicle. The salesman assured us that the car had been brought in to their service dept. and had a rigorous inspection. We take the 235 mile drive home and the car looks & ran beautifully. 3 months after and about 500 miles into it (including the 235 mile drive home) it starts to run really rough. Also the air stopped blowing cold. We took the vehicle into Advantage Ford in Stuart, FL. to find a very long list of things wrong with it. The evaporator was bad, the entire dashboard has to be removed to the tune of $1810. The tires were marginal but the rear brakes had only 3 mm on the inside pads. The serpentine belt was cracked, glazed & had chunks missing out of it. Number 5 cylinder misfire and needs a coil pack & plug. The service guy at Ford said there was dye all over the A/C system so Infiniti knew it had a leak, so they probably charged it with freon so it blew ice cubes when we picked it up. He also mentioned that the car should have had 4 computer upgrades since 2002. The total estimate was $2,814.00. The service underwriter said that a prestigious dealership like Infiniti should certainly do something to help us out. After the typical run-around on the phone for 2 days the manager said sorry, nothing we can do. When I said I was told by the sales guy that the car was perfect and was told the car was thoroughly inspected. Apparently we have a different definition of perfect. I will never buy another vehicle from Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville and this is a warning to everyone thinking about it. Once your taillights go down the road you're on your own.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I got charged for services I did not receive and after trying to work with the service rep and his manager to get these charges removed they told me in some many words that they could care less and they were not going to do anything about it. It's a shame that they treat loyal customers this way. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Fields Jaguar on Atlantic in Jacksonville FL has the Worst service ever!!!!...My car has been there for almost 3 months and Ive had it for only 5 months total..Initially it stopped due to battery failure...Had it towed in July 25th the Service Manager Robert Schuging said that my car has a V6 bumper and that voided the warranty..They never touched it for 1 month..I towed it home then to Pep Boys for diagnostic then back to Fields Jaguar after the company I bought it from decided to pay for everything (a $400 diagnostic check)..After 2 months of back and forth with Matthew Broslovsky at Jaguar corporate we found out that it was not the case and my warranty is valid..Fields says its my battery and a hose (pretty sure its the recall hose that is only recalled on diesel engine cars..which mine is not) thats all..This should be paid under the warranty but they are insisting that the company I purchased it from still pay as opposed to what Jaguar corporate said that it will in fact cover..Go figure...On the 22nd it was to be done on the 25th...On the 25th it would be ready on the 27th...On the 27th it would be ready on the 29th..I was given a rental on Friday the 29th beause it was to be ready on the 2nd of October...Now guess what today its still not ready..Cindy Coleman the "service advisor" never calls me..No one gives updates...Nothing..Just excuses like "the guy who was working on your car was not in today"...Its been problem after problem..I just want my car back...I left a message with Mic Romero Location Manager and am going to email him and Garry Redig VP of Operations at email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org...Hopefully this will gain some attention, If not PLAN B!!!!!
Ever wonder why you hate politicians and used cars salesmen? Because they are liars, will look you dead in the face and lie to you. Told me the car I was buying was used by the sales manager's wife, found some paperwork behind the glove compartment that says it was a lease vehicle, gave name and address and other personal information. Liars! Public Enemy, can't trust them.
