        Very bad service- stay away

        My tire was leaking air and Firestone service man Tony told me i have a tire with bad sensor and he showed me the leak. That was nice. Then he said he will order sensor and told me to come at 7 am and they will fix it in 1 hour. I also paid right away.

        I came at 7 AM next day and another service man did not have a clue about my sensor.

        I told him that I want my money back and he said I did not pay and that Tony will come in 1 hour who knows about it.

        . So, I called in 1 hour and Tony said they will order my part form the dealer - however I might have to go to the dealer if my sensor light stays ON after part replacement.

        He should tell me than right away so i do not spend 2 days trying to replace tire sensor.

        I ask for my money back and this time he said he will give me money back ( yet to see if it is true and when...)

        I woud not recomend this Firestone service.
