Everything is great at Car-X Auto Service, I needed to change my two front brakes and two front rotors with it so they did it the same day and charge less than Firestone. I will be back again. Thank you!

It is convenient to scheduled an appointment time. I really liked the fact that the mechanics checked things like my front & back lights and wiper blades on an appointment for an oil change. Some rear lights were out and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. I wasn't aware of these things prior to my visit.

These guys are a class act. I went here for muffler repair work. Very quick service, honest and up front with estimate. Price was very reasonable. Just really a great experience. I WILL be going back here the next time I need something worked on.

After the first time in this place I took my car for the second time. These guys are nice to you even if you're bringing in a jalopy. They will patiently tell you the needed repairs, the priorities and economical alternatives. The manager will even wait on you if you are running late, how cool is that? I have been dealing with your Chicago branch for over 5 years and have to let you know what a great service and work ethic your workers provide. They are not only very hard workers, they have great personality and are fair to their customers. Some workers were gone from this shop for a while and I went elsewhere for my auto service and was not happy at all. When I heard that they were back, I immediately returned to being a regular customer. The rest of the employees at this location are first class as well.

Car-X keeps our cars safe; the mechanics here literally, have my friends and family in their hands. Over the past 7 years, they have earned our trust, by always servicing our cars in an absolutely professional but still personal manner.

The waiting area is clean and bright, with a good selection of magazines (including magazines with primarily female readerships). Car-X also will give you free rides while they fix your car.

I brought in my '06 Audi after banging up a rear wheel quite badly (a power-slide gone awry...), and they gave her excellent care. They were quick to hop on the problem, good at interacting with my insurance (who had no complaints about Car-X trying to do any unnecessary work), and kept me up to date as the problem(s) got solved and parts came in.

Being a female, it's hard believing that your not being taken advantage of while dealing with car issues. But, Car-X Auto Service's employees are all honest and upfront about everything. They're not trying to make an extra buck, they are all about customer satisfaction, and I appreciate them for that. I will always recommend their services to everyone.

The employees are friendly, communicative, trusting, and knowledgeable. I went in for a battery change for the very first time and I am sure I will return for any other repair services for my car.
