As much as I would like to say I like Best Buy, I am having my first bad experience with the store in Arlington Heights, Il. The issue is in the cell phone department on an in store promotion. I have been more than patient in regards to this matter that has lasted more than 8 months so far. And now, realizing that the error was due to the store, I was offered a "take it or leave it". Which; leaves me in the negative for my dollars. The store manager said he could not do anything, the Best Buy Sprint representative needed to correct the issue. Two Sprint representatives later and my patience running out, that was when I received an unsatisfactory offer. I will make sure that this experience is related that this store cannot handle Sprint issues! I can not speak for the other cell phone services.
