My salesmen didn't try to push me out of my pricing bracket, which has happened elsewhere. The vehicle I had initially come out to purchase had sold before my arrival and Patrick's first pick of similar vehicles was the exact new arrival I had been viewing before I got to the dealership as a second option.
The speed, willingness and ability of your sales manager Joe to put a deal together. I got a great deal and found that the entire dealership worked like a well oiled machine with regards to my personal customer experience . My sales person Seyda (whose name I believe I may be misspelling) I don't wonderful and efficient job as well.
Leased or bought several cars from this dealership. Always very focused on making the customer experience as pleasant as possible from the sales to service. Pricing is competitive and the service is always prompt and reasonable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Honda.

This was my first car buying experience and personally I was VERY happy with the service I received. I actually approached Steve asking for a test drive since i had already saw the car online and knew some things about it. To my surprise He wasn't pushy, and didn't give off that "salesman" vibe that makes me uncomfortable. Instead he was really down to earth, answered all my questions and helped me to make sure the car was exactly the way I wanted before pulling off. After a long fight with finding a first time insurance company, I was finally able to finish buying the car. Even though my transaction went passed close on a Saturday thanks to setting up insurance, he and Gale in finance didn't once act anything but friendly and professional. I was nervous going to a dealership because of bad experiences I read online but for me, Steve and Gale were perfect at not pressuring me and just letting me decde what I want and helping me get it.
I've bought a number of cars here, and I've had a pleasant experience each time. While the finance and business manager people can be a bit much, the sales, service, lot attendant and front desk teams are all really nice. I'd highly recommend Dave Tierney - a good guy, no bs, easy to work with. I mentioned to him that i was looking to get out of the dealership quickly because I was getting hungry - he offered me part of his lunch (that he was still waiting to eat). It's a small detail but an important one.
There were some challenges with out-of-state registration. Martin Main Line Honda could have made it much more difficult than it was. Their communication around it was excellent. When sending us necessary paperwork the forms were mailed overnight delivery as well as a refund check for over-payments that they could have sat on for weeks, or argued the amounts, but they were handled immediately.
Patrick my salesman went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience at Martin Main Line Honda. It was my first time buying a car after ten years of owning my Mitsubishi Eclipse. From the moment I walked into the dealership to test drive the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe the moment I left in my new 2016 Honda Accord Coupe (which was the same one I test drove) Patrick took excellent care of me. The Sales Manager (Niko) and Finance Manager (Gail) were very pleasant and accommodating. Each of them made my car buying experience a very memorable and exciting one. Just a pleasure from start to finish, from Samantha, who I spoke with initially on the phone, and then later in the dealer location, to Patrick Dowdall, who I cannot say enough good things about, to Dave Baratka and Manny, this was just an exceptional experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it necessary in this circumstance. I bought my very first car back in September from Martin Main Line Honda. I went into the situation prepared with what I want and price range, expecting to be hassled, but that totally wasn't the case. My experience buying my Honda Fit was a great one and I love my car.
About a month later, I notice that my passenger side mirror is floppy and just sort of hanging off the side. Other than just being unaligned, there was no breakage or dents or marks. It was the weirdest thing. I brought it into the dealership to have them look at it and they said it was going to have to replaced and that it was going to be close to $700 between parts and labor, and that it's not covered by the warranty. Naturally, I was very upset at the circumstance.
I called Mitch, the associate who sold me my car to explain the situation to him, and within the day I got a call back from the dealership stating that the parts and labor were going to be free due to the oddness of the damage and the fact that it was a brand new car. This was definitely beyond anything I would expect from a dealership! I truly appreciated the effort and responsiveness. I brought my car in and it was fixed within hours.
