Welcome to SOAS Southern Oklahoma Ambulance Service ( SOAS ) is a private, not-for-profit Emergency Medical Service agency serving the citizens of Carter and eastern Jefferson Counties. SOAS is located in Ardmore, Oklahoma, and also maintains a substation in Healdton, Oklahoma, which serves the Western side of the coverage area. SOAS is licensed as an Advanced Life Support EMS agency through the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and provides emergency and non-emergency transports for Ardmore, Dickson, Fox, Graham, Healdton, Lone Grove, Ratliff City, Ringling, Springer, Tatums and Wilson Ardmore is located near the beautiful Lake Murray, and is about an hour and a half from both Oklahoma City and Dallas on I-35.
