11/20/2013 - On a road trip from Michigan to Florida, I exited the freeway in Arden NC to get gas. Approaching the gas station, I heard a loud thump and a dragging sound. The station didn't have a shop, or know of any around. Searching google maps on my phone for auto repair shops looked like my only option.



Auto Pro was about two miles away, not that the distance mattered, as the car couldn't make it 10 feet. Not know what to expect, I called and was greeted by Janice, who was friendly, able to quickly setup tow service, and even called back to give a time frame for tow truck arrival.



The tow truck driver, Jeff, had nothing but kind words to say about the shop owner Wade, and his wife Janice. After visiting the shop I can see why.



Wade was professional, able to quickly diagnose the problem (broken control arm), and quote a very reasonable price. He was able to replace the part and get us back on the road quickly.
