Not only is this Wendy's horrible with extremely rude employees and management, the quality of their food was horrible as well. My husband went through the drive thru Friday as I was on the phone with him. He ordered and meal and asked at the speaker if the fries had just come up, he wanted hot fries. They girl assured him they were hot. When he got to the window and paid he got his order and the fries were not hot. He told the girl who then started to argue with him that they were. He told her he wanted his money back. The manager Joanna then came to the window and told him to "chill the fuck out" she said this several times. After getting his refund he called the corporate office to complain. The corporate office stated they would be in contact with the regional manager who would give him a call back to follow up and give a resolution no later than Monday... we have yet to hear anything from Wendy's.
