        I needed 4 new tires and called around to local tire shops to order tires, and schedule service. I did most tire shopping and comparison online because that is how most tire companies required we do shopping during the Covid surge. It was December 2021 during the Omicron surge and I needed 4 tires. I called around and Firestone was the only place that actually answered my phone call right away. They were busy and still took the time to order my tires and schedule an appt. Other local companies did not answer my call despite my calling several times. When I called other tire places, the automated phone system took me through their recorded options, but there was never an option to speak with an actual person. The only option was to order the tires online, then schedule an appt. I looked on Firestone’s website, saw the tires I wanted, called them, and told the staff member the exact tires I wanted. He was very familiar with the tires. He ordered for me with a 2 day arrival. He scheduled me for an appt on the day the tires arrived. Other local tire places were taking 5-6 days for tire arrival, plus I would have had to still schedule an appt using their online website, and appts were still about 3-5 days out after tire arrival. Firestone in Arcadia provided me with excellent service. I dropped off car about 8am and the car was ready about 4pm later that day. Considering it was during another Covid surge, and winter when many people need and replace tires, I received excellent service. My babysitter was able to pay and pick up my car while I was at work. Thank you for excellent service.

        Fair - but can't predict time well

        I got my rear brakes done and an oil change - they told me it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. After 2 hours they told me it would be another half hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I got my car back.



        3 hrs and 15 minutes vs the 1-1.5hrs they first quoted me.
