The Looking Glass Hair Salon

I ran across the salon on my recent trip to Northland Mall and decided to go in for a quick eyebrow wax. I had an older stylist who I would have guessed had a lot of experience. When she was finished, she did not give me a mirror to check out my eyebrows, so I stood up and looked in the large mirror behind me. The stylist had taken off 1/3 of my eyebrow! I was shocked. I became even more upset that the stylist was not the least bit apologetic. She simply suggested I use an eyebrow pencil. To add insult to injury, she asked me to pay full price. Of course I refused.... Needless to say, I would never go back to The Looking Glass again.

I found this great little salon inside the Northland Mall in Appleton! Exceptional, friendly, and well educated staff! The stylists are really up to date with color and style! I would reccomend this salon to anyone who is looking for a new look or just a new twist on an old one! And what a unique setting! Truly a wonderful experience!
