General Info: Although I work with some of the more complex and chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease, I love what I do and the fact that I can help patients get on the right track to treatment. Medicine is a team effort. My goal is to form partnerships and work alongside patients in setting – and meeting – their specific health goals.
