Badgerland Tire

Very impressed with quality and price of my used tires. Kevin was knowledgeable and showed me all of the options after i told him my price range! New or used im going back. Thanks guys.

This is the most unprofessional place ever. I bought two tires and one was bad the next day. They put one on that didn't match and said they would find me a different one. After no call I called them and the rudely said they couldn't just find it overnight. So I waited. It's been almost a year and the person that answers tidy was so rude. He told me they didn't keep records so if it's been this long it's too late and too bad.

Can never get through constant busy signal

I have been buying tires here for my vehicles for a couple of years and have referred friends here too. Have never have a single problem with the tires I have purchased. Great customer service.

Would not recommend this place for even a tire swing.

Had a flat on one of the tires I bought here and went to another shop to get it repaired. They called to tell me they couldn't fix it because the tire was compromised in one area in a way that he had never seen before.

When I explained I had bought them used, his only theory was that the previous vehicle they were on had a broken coil spring that rested on the tire & damaged it. They checked to make sure my car wasn't causing the issue and verified all was good. Took the tire back to Badgerland to discuss and Dan was an instant jerk. Could tell right away he wasn't going to even discuss the possibility that I was sold a bad tire.

Much like the previous review, right away he blamed it on something being wrong with my car.

Must have assumed I was a dumb girl when he said it was caused by poor alignment because I'm well aware that wouldn't cause an actual dent in the tread. Told him I didn't need it and his final insult was he would take it, but would charge me $3.00 for disposal.

No thank you, not paying you another dime for the junk tire was sold in the first place.

dont go here, they sell crap for tires, they dont know what they are even talking about...the worst place ever, spend the extra few bucks and buy from fleetfarm, it really isnt that much more...i bought a tire and the next day it blew....the first time i drove it since it was changed, i almost lost my life i was on 41 going 75mph...the guy then said oh did you go through construction which i didnt!!!! my car is screwed, it did ALOT of damage, the least they could have done is replaced the tire and give me my money back... I almost died....the guy acted like a jerk, and said how do i know you didnt hit or runover something.....REALLY>>>then he replaces the tire with a truck tire and it doesnt fit our minivan, he said oh, its almost new, its weather worn really bad....and it doesnt even fit so it rubs the fender when i turn right...most people who work in that field would know ummmm that wouldnt fit correctly to a mini van...this place sucks, infact i wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy....it sucks..it doesnt deserve a 1 star, but it making me give one....
