It was a fabulously calm, clean store. Everybody was friendly & just overall happy. The lighting was perfect.

Very poor customer service. Bought a massage certificate for my husband off of Groupon. We did not print out the certificate, as 1/3 of the page clearly says "save a tree, skip the paper and redeem from the Groupon app" My husband went for the appointment & the rude lady at the desk refused him service, saying he needed it printed out!!! So I had to print it and rush to the salon for him to keep his appointment. The rooms were disgusting! The sheets covering the massage bed were extremely worn, faded, clearly not cleaned well, and probably not even changed between customers. The spot where you place your face, was extremely dirty and full of makeup and mascara. I should have known they have terrible service, because of the deal I got on Groupon, which was for 2 massages. Any place with good service, would not need to run a deal like this!!!!Needless to say, my husband was so disgusted, he has refused to use the 2nd massage that I already paid for and will not get a refund on!
Horrible! Worst experience ever. Arrogant and terribly over priced. Up charged everything, didn't listen to what I wanted at all!
Great atmosphere, and extremely professional and friendly staff. Lindsey White always provides my service. She is friendly and "knows her stuff!" She does an amazing job with my hair styling, and I love the highlights and low-lights she does for me! She also waxes and colors my eyebrows. Her facials are wonderful. I even tried the pedicures and gel nails. Love the gel nails!
Would NEVER recommend! Ownership is disrespectful and arrogant. My sister's wedding party foolishly booked their preparations at Zen Salon and there was a miscommunication on both parties of services to be provided. Instead of any sort of remorse, ownership decided to keep the deposit (only $200) and if there was a problem to lawyer up...
I have never had a bad experience at Shear Chaos. I finally found my perfect stylist and friend in Kayla Eick. I have had lots of bad experiences with my hair treatment cut and color, but Kayla had made my hair look INCREDIBLE every time I go to her. I will now and forever be a loyal customer of Shear Chaos. They are welcoming, warm, and talented. I wouldn't give my business to anywhere else. So thank you for finally giving me the hair I've always wanted. Thank you! #customerforlife. (P.s. I even bring my boyfriend here now to get his hair cut.)
