Called for repair on my Maytag washing machine, the tech took off the top and pushed a button which showed the last error code and he turned to me and said "buy a new one". Told me it would be 800 + and a new one isn't much more. I got a second opinion from a smaller Maytag sales and service center and it was fixed for 1/3 the price. Incidentally, it is not possible to match a 6year old usher to the dryer so it is recommended to buy both for a mere 1600 or more. This was the third appliance from VanVreede's that they came to repair and were able to fix NONE of them. My Sub-Zero was worse and leaked AFTER they came causing 16000 damage to hardwood floor and finished lower level. STAY AWAY

I contacted this location through their website to make an appointment to get all rooms measured in our house for new flooring. I received an email from the manager stating someone would be in contact with me in a couple days. After 5 days, I called the store asking when I could make an appointment; someone will return my call that day. Called 2 days later & was told I was on the list & someone would be calling soon. The next day I went in for flooring samples. Same response... I would be called that day. Two months later, never received a call. Needless to say, we are selling our home the way it is and Dalton lost out on flooring the entire home, and any home we ever need flooring in due to the severe lack of customer service.
Worst service experiences ever! Would not recommend to anyone (Howie Voigt Appliance Service). I called and made an appt for warranty work on my fridge yesterday, it's been making noise since the last visit they were at my house for and now my ice maker stopped working. I was assured that the technician would NOT arrive until after 2 pm and they would call me 30 minutes prior to arriving so that I could leave work to meet them at the house. I was very cautious on scheduling the appt and informed them many times that I could not leave work any sooner than 2 pm to meet someone at the house as both myself and my spouse work full time jobs from 6 am to 3 pm daily. They kept insisting that nobody need be home as no money would have to be exchanged. With having 2 dogs I do not feel comfortable allowing some stranger in my house while nobody is home. My phone rings at 12 today, the service tech telling me that he's on his way to my house and I'm either available now for the appt our I wouldn't have an appointment as he will not wait and his work order said nothing about after 2 pm. He said he will be talking to his office and if they want to they will call to reschedule. I called the office, talked to a lady that put me on hold and comes back to tell me that that was never promised and they will only give 4 hour windows for arrival. Bullcrap! I actually have a recording of the phone call and me making the appt and the service rep assuring me they would NOT arrive until after 2 pm. Again told me that I can either leave a door open for the to arrive and take care of the work while no one is home or I will have to arrange to be home during the 4 hour timeframe. The first time I called them out, I told them exactly what was wrong with it, he comes out, writes down the model number (which they already had since I purchased the product from Van Vreedes,told me exactly what I told him was wrong with it, says they need to order the part and 2 weeks later finally called to replace.
Make sure they have appliances in stock before ordering. If not they will charge you, and it will take several weeks to obtain a refund.
I wouldn't give this business any stars. Horrible product, horrible service and horrible experience. After posting my frustrations on their Facebook they deleted it and blocked me. After spending 3000 in carpeting 1 year later we have to replace it all because it's all tearing up on its own. I've never had so many issues with a business. I'm warning you please don't go here for any services!!
Frustrated because washer still not fixed and now I have to wait another week before they can come back out again. Then I'm sure wait for more parts and another apt to hopefully fix. ���� Mom of two boys needs to be able to do laundry at night!!!
Carpet quality "B" not top on the line but that was our choice.Carpet installers "B" good instal but didn't follow instructions. Small dings in the walls from tools. Sales and service "D" lackadaisical and inaccurate billing. In an age of web reviews, ask yourself the question I failed to ask myself, " for a company that has been around for so many years, why so few reviews? Very odd? They have four reviews posted. Over all a "C" rating, I won't be a returning customer.
I was shocked to see a (1) star rating? Judy, Paul and Economy Appliance have been selling and serving our families appliances for 25 years and believe me when I say they are the best! You will not find a more honest business at a reasonable rate. Economy Appliance A+

My daughter bought a refrigerator from them. It was delivered defective. Grand does not stand behind their products. They wanted a different frig and the salesman told them that the store couldn't take a hit like that. Excuse me, they spent good money and they did not order a defective product. If they had wanted that they would have bought off Craig's List. Frigidaire also did not stand behind them. Beware on the warranty. Their service company does not go certain places. Would not recommend this store. When they called the salesman hung up on them. Really? They won't be around here long.
