Have been getting our pool supplies for years there, however, when we have had a pool problem, they have the WORST service. NOT helpful in the least. Don't move away from their front desk, treat you like you are stupid. Went to Pool Spa, and they helped us with our Pool issues and it was all straightened out in 12 Hours. Pool Spa people are very friendly people, knowledgeable and the BEST! Do not go to Allied Pools... They're service is the Worst in the Valley!

I purchase a pool table from them. the felt has come loose. I've stopped at the store, called the manger, emailed him and gotten no results. This has gone on for 5 months now.
Like any service provided, get a written estimate prior to services being rendered. When asked what the price would be to move our pool table from one room to an adjacent room, we were originally quoted $350. When I called back to make the appointment, we were told the price was $250 because they did not need to move the table down any stairs and it only required one move. The men who arrived did not provide their names, nor did they provide us at that time with a written estimate. Although they completed the task they came to do, their entire time spent their was 40 min and once completed were told we owed $350. When asked about the difference, a breakdown in cost was explained that on top of the $250 quote was tax and an $85 trip charge. When I called back to discuss the discrepancy with the owner and person who performed the services we were told because the check was already cashed their was no way a refund could be given; however they offered to discount products if we purchased them through their store. I do not feel their was acknowledgement that we were not made aware there were fees on top of the $250 quoted, or a professional acknowledgement that a written estimate should have or could have been provided anytime during the week prior to services rendered, or at least provided to us when they arrived. Although I appreciated a call back from the owner, I do not feel responsibility was taken that we did not receive a written estimate prior to the work being done, or receipt after the work was done. I cannot help but feel because there was nothing in writing that the owner took advantage of the situation and left us as the customer with our hands tied.
