Cracked my iPhone, they said they weren't sure how long it would take depending on how busy the store was but go a call it was done within an hour of dropping it off
Called BP to order a new screen for my phone that cracked. They said if they ordered it that day they would have it in in 2 days. That didn't happen. They called me at 8pm on the 3rd day so say it was in and gave me the run around on why it was late. So four days after the screen was ordered I was able to drop my phone off. The tech said it would be done that night and I could pick it up the next morning. That again didn't happen. I drive up the next day at noon to get the phone and the phone is still in pieces and they have no idea when its going to be done. This place is a joke.
I went to pick up a printer, my old one had died and I wanted a new one, right away! I picked one out and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, the line was not moving. With only one check out lane available, apparently management is unwilling to open a second checkout, even with 5 people in line. I got pissed and went to Walmart, picked out a similar printer, where check out was a breeze. FYI I don't normally even shop at Walmart, and now I will no longer shop at Best Buy. Sorry BB, you lost a customer for life!
