I went in today to pay my bill. I am trying to decide which phone to upgrade to that fits my needs. Patrick took the time to go over my options. He was super knowledgeable and showed me money saving options. I learned a lot and think I can make a good decision now.
I don't know if it is verizonwireless' policies or just the people that do their very best to not hear anything you're saying to them to help you find a plan but to get the customer to buy a phone, or plan or both regardless of what the customers needs are. Sure, they will tell you anything you want to hear just to get your money and signature for a contract.. Verizon skewed me out of my hard earned money. Made promises that were never kept. made deals that were bogus. Note to everyone. Read the contract for what IT says and NOT what the salesperson is telling you. That were they got me. I'm the fool and all I got ripped off big time. I have been a customer for 20yrs. and when this contract is up I will be shopping online only. At least I can read what is going on and being manipulated by a salesperson who's not listening to my needs. So Very upset about this whole thing,
