Neils Landscaping

While Neil was quick to get the job done at a reasonable price, I found that what we agreed upon was not what was done. The existing landscaping was cleaned up and trimmed nicely, as requested, but I asked for a specific type of rock to be laid and I received "rock dust". To add to the problem, my sprinkler valve wires were cut and left exposed. I have called several times over the past year and have yet to see a resolution (or a return phone call, for that matter). Unless the issues get resolved, I would not recommend him at all - - except for maybe trimming the shrubs and clearing weeds. I have his quote in writing and it still doesn't do me much good... Buyer beware.
