Honest John's Septic Service Inc

The drilling & pumping team are first rate and are definitely 5 star but the office staff leave a lot to be desired. I was told time frames and the various steps that would be completed but that did not happen. I was told to expect the inspector on Wednesday and to leave our gates open for him. Honest John's office lady who sets up appointments and takes payment knew the inspector would NOT be at our home until Thursday but did not notify us of the change. We waited all day canceling our plans for the day to be home. When I called the office at 3:30pm I was told they don't notify the homeowner of changes. I even spoke to her Supervisor who had the attitude and tone of "Oh well". Customer service in their office does not seem a priority but I did make the mistake of paying in advance. Perhaps if I hadn't their customer service/care would have been better. The company would have been a 5 star until their lack of customer service and respect for their clients time was revealed.

The name say's it ALL! This compnay is very good, very honest and very thourough. I really love how quick they can get out to a property and get the job done! thank you so much Honest John's.....
