Very shady type of ownership. The vibe I got from them just showed a lack of integrity. It was almost like they just sell (or try to sell) any car to make ends meet. The place was very dirty and run down. I test drove several different cars and each of them showed sign of incapability. TO my disliking the dealers were not able to explain the issues with the car they would just "assure" me there was nothing wrong with the car even though there was CLEARLY issues with them. I wouldn't normally had an issue with this but the problem was that it was at least 8 different cars that seemed to have an issue. Who knows how many other cars have mechanical issues on that lot that the dealers don't care to answer to. Strong pass on this dealership until they get better management or switch ownership.
What a horrible place. They lie and scam. Had us drive 2 hours for a car than didn't have it. Wasted 5 hours of our time. Disgusting place. Please stay away from them, hopefully if they lose business they will close down. Stay away scammers.

Dealt with Jennifer through Facebook Market place. She wouldn't give me info about the vehicle, said come in to find out i just sell cars. They're in Apopka I'm in St Pete. Conversed throughout the day while driving that way. I let her know I'm on my way. When I got there was told the vehicle was sold today. Other vehicles of the same make listed on their website was also sold. Was told by the manager that it takes a few days to get them off the website. I wouldn't recommend them.
I took my truck in for service and Barry in the service department was very nice and helped us right away. FYI the review Stars are because of Barry... Everything was going very well until a white haired man (no better words for him) came in and started going off about something? I was taken aback by his harsh criticism and just couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional this man was. If you have an issue about ANYTHING you do not discuss it (especially the way he was speaking) in front of your Customers!!! HR or the Owners really need to be notified about this man right away. Someone needs to tighten him up because he is horrible person. I will let all of my other Trucker friends know about the good and the bad experience I had.

They took advantage of a single mom by raising the price of a car that I left with, refusing to give me my down payment back when financing was changed, charging the maximum interest rate, refusing to make repairs within the 30 day timeframe at their Apopka location by avoiding my calls, then waiting 6 months to threaten everyone on my reference list for a tag fees owed instead of contacting me directly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
