Typical service department "we get to it when we get to it" people were nice. I dropped my 2006 columbia to have seals replaced on the 10th. That night they call me and say my key doesn't work on the the drivers side. I asked if they tried the passenger side? They said no. I said try it. They did and it worked, imagine that. Next day I call for a status update at 3pm. They said they tried to call at noon but no answer. They read the number back and ithe was wrong. They suggested someone wrote it down wrong yet they called me the night before. How does that happen? I figure that mess up cost me an extra day an motel room. Anyway, the quoted me nearly 1100 but the actual cost was 939 so no complaints there. The lounge is small. On a side note taxis don't want to come out there. Not freightliners fault just a note if you go there plan for transportation in advance.

I took my truck in for service and Barry in the service department was very nice and helped us right away. FYI the review Stars are because of Barry... Everything was going very well until a white haired man (no better words for him) came in and started going off about something? I was taken aback by his harsh criticism and just couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional this man was. If you have an issue about ANYTHING you do not discuss it (especially the way he was speaking) in front of your Customers!!! HR or the Owners really need to be notified about this man right away. Someone needs to tighten him up because he is horrible person. I will let all of my other Trucker friends know about the good and the bad experience I had.
I took my 2016 Freightliner to Orlando Freightliner yesterday and met with Mr. Roy Underwood in the body shop and he looked at my truck and said I can do that today and he did, Mr. Underwood was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do and I am very pleased with the job he did on my truck. I will only take my truck to Orlando Freightliner from now on.
